I've always wondered how an F-16 can intercept any small GA aircraft, slowing up enough to greet the errant pilot without stalling.

I'm pretty sure a F-16 can get to or a little below 100 kts. A speed well below the cruise of a C210 which is almost twice that. Any modern fighter could easily orbit any propeller driven GA aircraft horizontally or vertically!

OMG..that's the exact plane that my cousin flew back in 2007 when he ....guess....

violated George Bush's air space.

Talk about dejavu.

He actually thought he was going to lose his license over the incident. Took a while but it all worked out.

Well, just ‘dirty it up’ w/flaps/gear dropped for ‘over the fence’ speed of about 70 knots. That would be safe compliant behavior, and you would get to watch the jet fly circles even longer.
