Vice President Joe Biden (half-)joked to Jay Leno on the Tonight Show this evening that he wanted to include conservative talk radio king Rush Limbaugh as part of the spy swap that took place earlier today with Russia.
The Obama administration has targeted Limbaugh as an enemy of the regime since it came to power in January 2009.
The Associated Press reported on Biden's appearance on the Tonight Show:
Leno then showed a sultry photo of alleged Russian agent Anna Chapman and asked: "Are our spies this hot?"
Biden's reply, in a mock-serious tone: "Let me be clear. It was not my idea to send her back."
The vice president also said he had one more suggestion for the deal that was ignored.
"I thought they'd take Rush Limbaugh," he said.
Joking about Soviet-style exiling of your political opponents is apparently in fashion in the Obama administration. For the foreseeable future, Rush Limbaugh better make sure it's the real EIB One he's flying.
He and Palin are living RENT FREE in their heads. LOVE it. You know when you’re getting to someone when they mention you. Ha!
So do you think having Joe bite me on his program will help or hurt his ratings.

Rush will laugh at this. Biden is nothing, if not laughable....in every way.
Too bad they didn’t go after the oil leak with the same vigor as they’ve went after Rush Limbaugh since they’ve been in office.....
Remember when Bubba joked at the WH correspondent’s dinner about Rush only harping on some scandal cuz it involved a black guy?
It was a gratuitous slap —totally unmerited— and 14 years later Rush STILL takes shots at Bubba for it, AS HE SHOULD.
Same thing for Bubba blaming Rush for Oklahoma City.
Rush is a super nice guy, but this is a gargantuan pallet of ammo for him against Biden.
How many of us will call and complain about Biden’s remark? Or about Obama calling a congressional candidate extreme and lunatic????
If Rush was shipped to Russia, he’d find his way to a microphone with a trustworthy translator.
Communism would fall in a matter of days.
Maybe North Korea will put in a bid for VP Bite-Me .....
