Climate change heats up again (LAUGH ALERT)

Here's a question to the global warming deniers who sarcastically called me a dope during last winter's back-to-back-to-back blizzards on the East Coast: Is it hot enough for you now?

As temperatures topped 100 degrees Fahrenheit, breaking records in the nation's capital, and the pavement turned into a skillet, my thoughts raced back to the frigid days of last winter's "snow-pocalypse."

Those were the days, you may recall, when Sen. James Inhofe, a proud Oklahoma Republican friend of the oil industry, and his family built an igloo on Capitol Hill and christened it "Al Gore's New Home." I might now suggest a "new home" for Inhofe: an air-conditioned doghouse powered by solar panels.

But I would be scientifically wrong to make that suggestion, just as Inhofe and other deniers of climate change were wrong last winter when they suggested that any single weather event, whether it is a blizzard or a heat wave, offers evidence of climate change.

Ya gotta admire the tenacity of these Global Warming Suckers like Clarence here - they're really trying to hand in there. I can imagine Page excitedly telling his fellow Global Warming Gestapo, "Do you know that temperatures have risen 80 degrees in just the last 6 months!!!"

I have been driven from my sailboat in Narragansett Bay in Rhode Island by overpowering heat in the last three hours.
BIG DEAL!!! My log shows that at least once in the last four out of five years the same thing has happened. Exception was LAST summer....weather stunk.
I looked up the “strange occurrence” it is called SUMMER.

It has been unseasonably cool here in the Pacific Northwest and LA just set a record for low temperature (since 1926). As usual, you can find a warm spot and a cool spot but only one gets widespread news coverage.

Spot reports are meaningless but thankfully most Americans have caught onto the progressives fraud that congress wants to pass.

The climate change people have lost their audience, even Gore's sexual dalliances & divorce (and being compared to John Edwards..what no paternity suit yet?) have muddied his name as any spokesman of anything.

Some others have or will retire, as in state supported Federally funded Natural Resources. However the World Bank has just approved $4.9-million grant for climate change adaptation projectssupported with $40.45 million co-financing from the Participatory Irrigation Development Project (PIDP) and another US$10 million from the Environment and Natural Resources Management Project (ENRMP), two ongoing government projects which are also financed by the World Bank.

Its unfortunate that anyone has been sarcastic with you. Allow me to be the first to be straight-forward and sincerely call you a dope without being sarcastic in any sort of way.

BTW Clarence yes, in this hemisphere, global warming does indeed occur twice per year. Its called summer. Once per year in the Northern hemisphere and once per year in the Southern hemisphere.

Ummmmmm......do these idiots understand that during the summer.....it’s hot? Back in the days prior to Los Angeles geting all the water they needed to survive, temperatures would get up to 135 degrees F. Even today, in the Fresno, Bakersfield area, 115 is not unheard of.

LOL. I have told people that I believe in global warming AND global cooling. It happens daily and seasonally. Both happen due to the tilt of the earth, and due to sunspots.

Lol, I went to a Walter Reed Freep a few years ago in Washington, and in March it was pretty bitter, sleet, snow, rain, etc.

We began to chant:

“What do we want?”

“GLOBAL WARMING!”

“When do we want it?”

“NOW!”
