Holder is such a lying sack of Shiite. A military tribunal is the best chance that there will be a death penalty application. The jury in a military tribunal is nine US military officers who need not be unanimous in imposing the death penalty.

On the other hand, in an ordinary criminal trial, the jury is 12 laymen, and if only one is squeamish, the death penalty is out. So, Holder has it exactly backwards.

The proof is in the unanimous Supreme Court decision in 1942. It ruled as proper the military trials of eight German saboteurs in WW II, including the six death sentences against all but two of the defendants.

Holder and his staff cannot be so ignorant as to be unaware of the Quirin case. But they will NEVER mention it, because it stands for the opposite of Holder's shilling for his ignorant boss, Obama.
