Man jailed by courts after courts bankrupt him

Jeff Dolan spent Father’s Day in jail, locked away for failure to pay child support. Deadbeat dads don’t garner a lot of sympathy. But you don’t need to study Jeff’s case for long before you realize that he’s anything but a deadbeat. Instead, he’s a man hopelessly ensnared in a crushing bureaucratic machine: He’s in jail because he couldn’t pay child support, but he couldn’t pay child support because he was unemployed … and he was unemployed because the court took his driver’s license for failure to pay child support … after he went bankrupt paying his court costs.

I know a divorce attorney who could give a lecture on the legal consequences of marriage to male high school seniors that would convince most of them to never marry or have children. The Family Court system may have been implemented to help kids, but it routinely destroys good men who marry the wrong women. Apparently the system in Canada is just as bad as that in the U.S.

It's nice to see publicity of this case, but of course there are many such cases.

The family court system was not developed to help kids. “For the sake of children” was just a marketing slogan.

More and more every day I am reminded of Mrs. Rivers, my seventh grade teacher. She used to tell us kids, “A GOOD woman is better than any man but a BAD woman is worse than any man that ever lived”.

The Shirts!

I shopped for new clothes today, and found that almost every top I tried on was designed to show off my breasts!

42 shirts later I managed to find 5 that had a nice cut, and some class to them. Grr.

25 lbs. lost and I'm having a great time shopping for clothes; haven't done so in YEARS.

But I agree; today it's all about the boobs, LOL! Luckily I like a sporty look...mainly Green Bay Packer garb, LOL! :)

yeah...cuz hookers rarely get pregnant and on the off chance that they do, the children are born under ideal circumstances such as crack addiction, fetal alcohol syndrome, HIV and pre-term birth.
