If I remember correctly doesn’t the bill state that the fees aren’t taxes? They made a big deal out of it so whatever a person pays in “fees” can’t be deducted like a tax can from their income tax. Seems they want it both way..like ya...

It’s slavery as defined in the 13th Amendment, I’ll go as far as to say it is definitely unConstitutional and probably an act of low treason as defined in current Federal Law.
If an individual state precludes itself from the mandate, the taxpayers, that is any individual or business entity with Taxpayer Identification Numbers (TIN) will still be requirede to pay the Federal IRS income tax, and still have to put up outlays for health insurance or cash payments for health coverage costs.

When Mr. Stephanopoulos said the penalty appeared to fit the dictionary definition of a tax, Mr. Obama replied, “I absolutely reject that notion.”
Congress anticipated a constitutional challenge to the individual mandate. Accordingly, the law includes 10 detailed findings meant to show that the mandate regulates commercial activity important to the nation’s economy. Nowhere does Congress cite its taxing power as a source of authority.
