(CNSNews.com) – President Barack Obama’s job approval rating is lowest in Wyoming and Utah, according to the Gallup polling company, which tracked the numbers for all 50 states and the District of Columbia from January through June 2010.

The poll of more than 90,000 adults nationwide showed that in Wyoming, for example, only 29 percent of the people there approved of the job the president was doing. That was the lowest approval rating in the states and D.C.

Random sample of adults over 18....this poll is bushwa. They probably oversampled Dems, as Gallop is wont to do, so it's lots, lots worse than the numbers show.

Bad news for 0.

Kentucky at 40%.

Glad to see Obama still not popular here. Could use a little improvement, though.

Vermont, 54%

Connecticut, 57%

Maryland, 60%

“Bad news for 0”.

...even so, ANY positive numbers equals a whole heap o’ dumbasses. You’ve got to be woefully uneducated in both history and economics to approve of the kenyan.

WOT!!!???

The great state of TEXAS is always cited as the most anti-Obama state. It brings a tear to my eye.

There’s no way in H**L 0 has 41% approval here.

Washinton State 51%

I bet they never polled anyone on the east side of the state because if they did it would be a whole lot lower.

Swing states that went to Bush but voted for big 0 in 2008: MO (41%), NC (48%), VA (48%), CO (49%), OH (49%), NM (51%). If these numbers are right (which I don’t think so, but for discussion sake, say they are), 0bama will only lose MO—assuming his numbers will increase during the campaign. So, the drops in ‘independent supports’ that we kept hearing actually coming from states other than these?

California 56% - perhaps in certain areas. I do believe his numbers are far, far lower here in central California. If they got the results from San Francisco or San Jose, Oakland, maybe.
