Cause Lindsey Graham is a RINO & a faggot! Kagen is a liberal, Jewish lesbian with no judicial experience and indicted for her liberal political views by her own writings. What's not to like about her? I think Graham was also the lone GOP committee vote that voted to bring Sotamayer out of committee as well.

Submit names of Supreme Court nominees to the Federal Bureau of Investigation for a full background examination. Although there are no requirements for becoming a Supreme Court Justice, it has become customary to conduct a full background check on all Supreme Court nominees.

Would it be too much to hope for a whistleblower within the FBI? This Kagan, given what she stands for and believes in, has got to have some disqualifying factors in her background.
