Yup. And won’t even regret it later.....
At least Bush’s picks were good enough that the dems regret voting for them. The repubs are too blind/spineless to regret putting rabid libs like Kagan and the wise latina on SCOTUS

Bingo!

Any republican on the judiciary committee who voted for Kagen ought to hang their head in shame.

Guarantee ANY pubbie that supports kagen WILL have regrets, for ALL time.

I totally disagree. The RINOs never regret sticking it to us. Their regrets are always that they sided with conservatives.

What would you have them do?

NOT for vote her and also they might throw in a filibuster. Just because the dimwits can confirm her without the Republicans doesn't mean the Republicans have to vote for her.

“He was one thing when he was trying to get confirmed, and he became another thing which he seemed to have planned all along,” said Sen. Jay Rockefeller (D-W.Va.),

exact same thing could be said about the "wise" latina.

Amen, brother. The last great hope for freedom is under constant assault and we still have people who are blind to what’s happening. The sun may set on America and all the promise that this country once held, but it will not happen without a fight from me. I feel that November will be the opening salvo in the effort to push back the progressives. I prefer change to come through the ballot box, but if not then change must happen through tougher measures. I am not afraid of anything the left can through our way. I have had this discussion with a number of likeminded individuals and we have been pushed as far as we are willing to be pushed. If we have to forcibly take back this country I would rather that fight be mine than my children’s.

Agreed...only possible problem would be getting the “Journolists” to cast things in those terms.

Michael Steel would hold a press conference and state clearly that Kagan is an enemy of the constitution...

You and I both know there is not a snowball's chance in hades that would EVER happen, although that's exactly what should happen!! Especially driving ANY republican who votes for this anti-American out of the party!
