You make a valid point. He could very well decide to to run fore re-election, but he should be convicted. What’s the chances of getting a change of venue to ohhh... lets say San Antonio TX and have the public try him instead of a couple of retired congressmen?
That’s wishful thinking. Nothing will happen because of this. The only time one of these ethics committees has ever done anything was Democrat Jim Trafficant. He was only ousted because every now and then he had the courage to call out his loony colleagues on the left.
