It should be a relatively elemental matter for a Webb County Deputy to drive out to the ranches in question and resolve the matter one way or the other. Instead, no one seems capable of either definitively confirming or denying the reports. Nor do they seem interested in doing anything except to plead ignorance. Someone is lying, and they need to be exposed and to pay a heavy price for their deceit.
If this is a takeover, who the heck owns (deed) the ranch(es)? I’d want ‘em off my ranch, pronto.
I agree...something doesn’t smell right here. They are not saying this story is false in any unequivocal manner at all.
That was my thought. Somebody get in a vehicle and drive out there and look.
