I thought Eddie Willers had a few conversations with Galt early on in the book although Willers and the reader didnt find out that it was Galt until late in the book.
True, but in the book the conversations are one sided. We never see what Galt is saying, just what Eddie is saying to him. Galt appears many times, for example waving to the train at the opening of the John Galt line, but never speaks.
