These RINOs are such a pain! Snowe and Collins might be the best that can be hoped for from Maine, but Richard Lugar from Indiana and Lindsey Graham from South Carolina should be intolerable.

"Supporting" the Second Amendment is meaningless if the sleazy lawyer reads the Amendment to restrict ownership — and the left has the sleaziest lawyers on the planet.

Is there some kind of radioactive contamination in Maine?

Sontemayor just lied to their faces last year.

The worst thing about RINOs is that they are either extremely gullible or just plain stupid or more likely disingenuous because Snowe knows as she is stating this bilge that kagan is lying too.

Impeachment and removal, if you have the numbers. The latter requires a two thirds vote in the Senate. Good luck with that. Check the 42nd President. BTW, there's an impeached judge who was removed from the bench serving in the House.

Liberals lie. It’s a malady of liberal illness, a mental disorder that rots the brain, one that is accelerated by Potomac poisoning. The disease is especially hideous when found in establishment Republicans, referred to as RINOs. The only cure is retirement, preferably forced retirement.

Snowe will soon be one of the richest US Senators around.

Purely coincidence, of course, and extreme investing acumen.

Liberals believe they can find and ‘deport’ Americans' guns with little problem but can't find and deport illegal immigrants.

Yes, it’s in the 2nd Amendment and it is final. That time may be coming soon.

The NRA will be scoring the Kagan vote. Reid's vote should be interesting. He already voted for Sotomayor.

Methinks you have cause and effect confused. The NRA has moved the rats to the right on the Second Amendment since the 2006 elections in D.C. Bobby Rush's bill, H.R. 45, and Carolyn McCarthy's bill, H.R. 1022, went nowhere.

NRA-Backed "Protecting Gun Owners in Bankruptcy Act of 2010" Passes U.S. House

NRA-PVF ENDORSEMENTS NOT YET ANNOUNCED IN ANY U.S. SENATE RACE FOR NOVEMBER GENERAL ELECTION

Snowe is an utter idiot who would buy beachfront property in Nebraska......if she is representative of the majority of people in Maine, there is no such thing as a Republican....=.=

Don’t blame them. They are just doing what they do.

Blame BOEHNER!!!!

He SHOULD be orchestrating an ATTEMPT to filibuster this witch. Even if he can’t sustain it, he will have made a political statement and demonstrated the GOP has some stones. Something they have been outstanding deficient in recently.

Yea, Bohner can lead a one-man filibuster on the House floor as the Senate confirms Kagan. That will teach em....

In my anger I misspoke - mistyped. I meant McConnell the Senate Minority Leader.

Boehner's in the House.

Speaking of Boehner .... I'm invoking the Barry Switzer/Jimmy Johnson Rule. Which also applies to John Edwards. In fact, I may rename the rule after Edwards.

"Never trust a man who spends more on his haircut than you spent for your shoes."

Kim Darby's line from True Grit also applies.
