He can’t, unless he doesn’t want any funding for anything.
This would be done during the budget process.

He would veto the entire budget before he would sign legislation with defunding of Obamacare embedded.

So, put it in the budget, and if the Dems dont like it, they get no budget. That won't do any good at all. They don't care if they have a budget...we are operating without one right now.

He would obviously VETO it and will take two thirds vote to override. You need a GOP Congress and POTUS to repeal.

The people having the power is a fleeting thing and we lost that oh about the time of Teddy Roosevelt. Depend on you own wits and resources and Jesus, depending on the wisdom of your fellow citizen and them having your zeal for an adherence to the constitution is folly.
You better tell that to Jim Robinson considering the FR homepage states the following: "Free Republic is the premier online gathering place for independent, grass-roots conservatism on the web. We're working to roll back decades of governmental largesse, to root out political fraud and corruption, and to champion causes which further conservatism in America."
You better tell that to the millions of grassroots Tea Party members who are becoming more of an influence in the political process with each passing day.
Why do you bother being a freeper since you feel all is lost?

The infuriating part is that there are any Republicans at all still left to get on board with this. The Discharge Petition came out on June 16. They should have had 178 signatories on June 17.

He can’t ... it’s not a bill to be passed. HoR holds the purse strings - end of discussion.
If we take the house, we defund.
And then we put in place reforms that make sense - buy across state lines, pool employees, tort reform etc and let the market go.

I would love it if they “deemed” a repeal bill passed.
They they could say the veto won’t work because it wasn’t a bill - keep this tied up for a long time.
Dang I hope we take the house.

Freepers in every state, in every county or parish in that state, and in all the Cities, boroughs, townships, and towns make a commitment to work diligently with their local Republican officials to see that ALL eligible Republicans have the opportunity to cast their vote. Offer to drive the elderly, disabled, and those who have no drivers license/vehicle to the polls. We must get everyone out, everywhere!!

Well glad I snapped you out of your annoying meme...
Obamacare is unconstitutional since Article 1 Section 8 does not specifically list regulating health care as an enumerated power. The people are not bound by an unconstitutional act.
Your retort to my comment, though flaccid and missing my point by a light year, is much better than your mantra you like to spam healthcare every thread with. I especially like your tattling to Daddy, with you Ccing Jim Robinson, nice touch! Weak and limp wristed but inventive, try to draw him into an intellectual argument with you, like your Big Brother having your back at a playground fight when the punches start flying.
Please get Tom Baugh's book, "Starving the Monkeys" and you will see where I am coming from. I think he is a Freeper here.

It's sad to see the country has drifted so far from the Constitution that you consider citing how the BO/BS regime is violating the Constitution as annoying. I will never snap out of pointing out that fact.

My retort is on the mark and can't be repeated enough. Only in your twisted thinking is defending the Constitution spamming.

On the contrary. You don't like being called out for your insipid remarks to simply give up that are anathema to the purpose of FreeRepublic as stated on the homepage. Obviously you are not aware it is FR common courtesy to include the freeper in a post when referring to that person. Instead of responding as an adult you invoke Saul Alinsky tactics to divert attention form your self defeating remarks. You still haven't answered the question: Why do you bother being a freeper since you feel all is lost?

Why don't you explain where you are coming from since you have failed or refused to explain in earlier posts?
