EPA rejects challenges from Cuccinelli, others
Richmond Times-Dispatch ^ | July 29, 2010 | Jim Nolan

The Environmental Protection Agency has rejected 10 petitions -- including one filed by Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli -- challenging the climate science research it is using to formulate regulations limiting manmade greenhouse gas emissions.

The petitions asked the EPA to reconsider its finding and reopen its hearings on the subject, arguing that the methodology and conclusions of the climate science research used by the agency were flawed and unverifiable.

"After months of serious considerations of the petitions and of the state of climate change science, EPA finds no evidence to support these claims," the agency said in a statement. "In contrast, EPA's review shows that climate science is credible, compelling, and growing stronger."

EPA will be reined in sooner or later, bet.
Personally, I’d like to see a handful of those heading the EPA get serious jail time.

Hope so. It has to happen. We have a federal government that does what it wants, when it wants, however it wants.

Did you see that the EPA now has an “Environmental Justice” mission?

EPA hell... did you see that Zero's appointee to head GSA has a "mission" to achieve a "zero enivironmental footprint"?

You can't make this up if you tried

Well, that's a cushy gig. At least you don't have to make the Muslims feel smart like the NASA guy does.

This regime ran off the tracks before they ever got started. They install apparatchiks and ideologues with no competence, at every level.

The EPA and the “green movement”

Where the most radical Marxists, Communists, Anarchist Socialist went when the berlin wall came down... by design, by them.

They knew through controlling energy they could undermine the constitution of every country in the world.

They knew they could steal all the money in the world by making energy credits (carbon credits) the new currency.

Energy is needed for everything you can possible think of, or not even consider, BEFORE the verbage of the Constitution has merit. (Trade, taxes, etc.) Just control energy credits and all the factors mentioned in the Constitution as subordinate.

Hey, what’s that knocking on my doo..

The mere existence of the EPA is unconstitutional since Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution does not specifically list regulating the environment as an enumerated power. The EPA must be abolished!

Don't worry, the other agencies will pick up the slack...

"And I like to use the picture of the Statue of Liberty because it represents that real intention around collaboration that we have, but it's also because it's 100 percent wind-powered; very important for you to know that.

And I close in simply saying the zero environmental footprint goal for GSA and for the government is not a moon shot. It's an Earth shot. We are trying to return our Earth to ourselves, and we are trying to galvanize the next generation in helping us do that."

They refuse to find evidence is what it should say. Any facts that get in the way of their political objectives must be ignored.
This is just another example of the total and complete corruption of socialism at work.

Which means what? Is he suggesting REMOVING the concrete from the ground floors of every federal building?

This is another instance of the Obama Regime failing to attract competent administrators ~ this guy can't even communicate in the English language.

Let’s look at the bright side..

After the 2012 elections, Inouye can head the EPA..and shut it down. The dream Cabinet so far (for me anyway)
Issa - Attorney General
Jindahl - Health and Human Services
Inouye - EPA
John Bolton - State
Petraeus - Defense
Paul Ryan - any one of a number of positions, including President, VP, Commerce Secretary, Treasury

Feel free to add/recommend choices

"...join the vast majority of the American people who want to see more green jobs, more clean energy innovation and an end to the oil addiction that pollutes our planet and jeopardizes our national security."

The best the head of the EPA can respond with is the usual dishonest, wearisome leftist rhetoric? Any basement-dwelling enviro-punk could have said that.

The fascists at the EPA can reject challenges of their illegal regulations till the cows come home, but it doesn’t stop the process. The DQA (Data Quality Act) allows anyone to challenge any federal bureaucratic decree based on a claim of faulty science used to write the decree.

And the idiots at EPA have no idea what “science” is. It’s off to court we go where the EPA fascists will get their hat handed to them.

The DQA was written to destroy federal bureaucracies (Thank you, Mr. Bush) and their politicized decrees. More people affected by illegal decrees need to challenge the fascists by filing DQA objections.
