Before 1995, in the state of Texas a couple who lived together, and/or represented themselves as Mr. and Mrs. had a common law marriage without having any actual ceremony.

And if they split, from a legal point of view, an actual divorce would have been recommended. If they didn’t legally divorce, there would be the potential for liability as a result of their relationship...kids, property, etc.

Don’t know if it has relevance here, but a divorce without an actual marriage is possible.

What's in a Passenger Name Record (PNR)?

Most travellers have never seen a PNR, and few people know what information is in the PNR's about them, or how it gets there. But with CAPPS-II and Secure Flight, you need to know: PNR's are the records about each airline passenger that are being used USA government's Secure Flight (formerly named "CAPPS-II") passenger surveillance and permission system and "no-fly" lists, and compiled into the Automated Targeting System (ATS) and other databases of the Transportation Security Agency (TSA) and Customs and Border Protection (CBP) divisions of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

Actually,it's not surprising that the gov't has such records *since* 9/11.I had forgotten that at some point after 9/11 the advance notification system that's reflected in the records shown in your post had been instituted.But I'd wager that no such records exist for *most* trips,if not all,that occurred in the early 60's.By that I mean records of where a US citizen visited while abroad and when he or she *left* the US.

If I'm correct it would mean that Hussein's whore mother's passport records very probably would not prove conclusively exactly where she was on a particular day in the early 60's except,perhaps,that for at least part of the day on which she returned to the US (something that *would* be on record) she was *outside* of the US.

Of course,records of a particular foreign country,even back then,could prove that a particular US citizen was admitted to that country on a certain date and left that country "x" number of days later.

It was a delight to listen to Bill Cunningham just about twenty minutes ago. On WTAM Cleveland he had on Joseph Farrah on this very subject. Bill steered very clear of the actual birth place and believes the Honolulu birth of President Obama.

Yet it was the tone of the broadcast that indicated good journalism. No raised voices, lots of chuckling and laughs, even when Bill played the devils advocate. Joseph simply stated the incredible lack of any concrete data on the various and indeed historic documentation of the Presidents birth. This included the path of Stanley Ann Dunham and her travels. One of the amazing stories of the rise to the Presidency, in the making. This whether one likes the President or not.

A point raised by Joseph about the very hospital, where surely they must know about the birth of the then Barack Obama. What a coup if they were the hospital? Funding might then be given. But they ain't sayin''. My interest is as an enthusiastic amateur and love old records.
