Blunt v Carnahan for Senate race. Hartzler v Skelton for Rep.
Great job MO! I’m starting to feel like an American again.
As i was standing in line today it was wonderful listening to the rumblings of the poll workers; complaining slightly that they needed a coffee break, but smiling and with a look that said “this is a great day”. I heard one gentleman make a suggestion that maybe the voters thought this was a general election, to which the lady next to him could only reply with a joke about making it through the next six hours. It was a good day today in Missouri. This is change i can believe in.
Good for them.
Cut out the KC and STL votes, which tend to go liberal(dead people vote), and MO is a pretty conservative state.
Frick St. L and KC - they are not MO, IMO. They are urban, uh, nevermind...
Unfortunately, anybody wanting to be a conservative senator has to overcome the big city vote, probably ACORN, SEIU, etc. You know, the nice people who beat up the black TEA Party member in StL. McCas-kill got a lot of rural votes, but Carnahan may not, given the way the winds are blowing.
Rebellion is brewing!!
Is that legal?
So why did Carnahan vote AGAINST the will of her constituents?
This reminds me why I don’t live in the city, but the county (a separate entity).
The RATS intend on eliminating the electoral college. Watch out.
I wonder if any of the voters voted “yes” thinking a yes vote was a vote FOR Obamacare.
I think every Democrat up for election in Missouri is hiding under his bed right now.
That means:
William Lacy Clay, Jr.
Russ Carnahan
Ike Skelton
Emanuel Cleaver
and above all, Robin Carnahan.
Russ Carnahan even filmed a No on Prop C commercial. Whoops.
Great News!
FUBO!
So now it is Missouri State Law. The people have spoken and risen up to tell our state legislature, “we do not want 0DumboCARE”. The people have done what our elected people would not. Just say no.
We have ‘cajones’ here. FUBO.
Hard to imagine 70% of the electorate agreeing that the sky is blue.
Wow.
Maybe the old republic still has some fight left in her yet!
WHOO HOO!!! Go MO!!!
This is great news if I knew what they were voting on. The article says nothing

Now let’s see if the BHO dictatorship tries to file suit against the Missouri.
So yes means no, and no means yes. Awesome!
The ‘gimmecrats’ in the cities are a real pain in the *ss...
Proposition C
[Full text]
[Proposed by the 95th General Assembly (Second Regular Session) SS SCS HCS HB 1764]
Official Ballot Title:
Shall the Missouri Statutes be amended to:
Deny the government authority to penalize citizens for refusing to purchase private health insurance or infringe upon the right to offer or accept direct payment for lawful healthcare services? Modify laws regarding the liquidation of certain domestic insurance companies? It is estimated this proposal will have no immediate costs or savings to state or local governmental entities. However, because of the uncertain interaction of the proposal with implementation of the federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, future costs to state governmental entities are unknown.
Fair Ballot Language:
A yes vote will amend Missouri law to deny the government authority to penalize citizens for refusing to purchase private health insurance or infringe upon the right to offer or accept direct payment for lawful healthcare services. The amendment will also modify laws regarding the liquidation of certain domestic insurance companies.
A no vote will not change the current Missouri law regarding private health insurance, lawful healthcare services, and the liquidation of certain domestic insurance companies.
If passed, this measure will have no impact on taxes.
Oh, you are quite welcome! LOL
Finally, a vote that matters!
AMEN!!!
Incredibly conservative in my area of the state - SW corner. The newspaper was commenting the primary decides who wins our local elections - typically there are 2 or 3 Republicans and no democrats running. Oh and I like your idea about cutting out the KC and STL voting! :)
The people have spoken.
As Roberto Duran said, “No mas, no mas”.
I don't see how he can let something like this just pass by.
Go, Missouri! Everybody else, take note and follow suit! :)
They will. The Obama administration won’t give a damn if 90% voted against it. They will shove it down everyone’s throat anyway.
That’s what a socialist government does when the population rejects it. It gets forceful.
BLOW TO O: MO SAYS NO
“Thats what a socialist government does when the population rejects it. It gets forceful.”
I was just thinking that. Obama’s massive ego will NEVER allow him to back down. He’s going to keep ramming his destructive, socialist agenda down our throats and doesn’t care if we don’t like it. Have a bad day? Hey! Another White House shindig next week, who cares? Some disgusting Federal power grab doesn’t work? Who cares? There are thousands more where THAT came from. Just think of all those industries out there that haven’t been taken over yet!
Unfortunately, we have no way to vote the media out of office (yes, I know... we “vote with out remotes”... but that DOESN’T seem to be working. You can’t hurt them in the pocketbook, because if it gets THAT bad our beloved government will just bail them out, all the while putting out a press release how it’s in the “Best interest” of the country for... say, NBC news to continue).
bozo thinks that because he was voted in(not fairly I might add) he now can push his crap onto the country
He’ll look at this and say that they just never understand the proper issues, they’re too thick, they have had misinformation bla bla.
This man is so into himself he will never get it into his head he is a clown who most do not want
Hmmm, I surfed the TV news this morning (CNN, Fox, HLN, etc.) for about 15 minutes and never heard this mentioned at all.
Good question. Blunt has been tying Carnahan to ObamaCare and Obama, and he’ll certainly use her opposition of Prop C against her, given it passed with 70% of the vote.
VOTE! Get your like-thinking Conservative friends to vote. Vote the bastards out. Vote for freedom and the Republic.

Communist congressmen: Welcome to the second summer of rage!
BLOW TO O: MO SAYS NO BLOW TO O: MO SAYS NO
Happy birthday BHO
This is great news - I hope more states will follow suit!
I just heard last night that in some areas of GA the primary ballot had the healthcare question (like Fulton), but not others. If this turns out to be true, it is an outrage as this is a a whole state issue (and they shouldn’t just take numbers from primarily democrat counties)
VERY good question, there. Some need a 2nd-grade level text to understand the meaning of the proposition.
Hopefully Michael J Fox will stay home this time......
Ditto! Thank you, Missouri.

Hey, and if I’m not mistaken, the Missouri Legislature has already in place, or is working on measures to stand with Arizona, when and if you guys decide to go to the mat with the Communists in DC.
This whole thing will come down to “Cities” vs. “Outlying and rural areas”. It’s sickening just how liberal all of our cities seem to be have become.
