Former first lady Laura Bush will speak at an event marking the ninth anniversary of the crash of Flight 93 in western Pennsylvania during the Sept. 11 terror attacks.
The National Park Foundation made the announcement Friday, a day before a joint meeting of the Flight 93 Memorial Task Force and the Flight 93 Federal Advisory Commission. Bush said she's honored to speak at the site and that we "must never forget the brave sacrifice of these extraordinary men and women."

One of the most valuable things to come out of Flight 93 is the realization that you can never, ever delegate responsibility for your personal safety to someone else. Gone are the days when pax will set passively by while a small group of nutjobs inflict their madness on others. And this is a good thing.
Even though we’re still burdened with the massive federal make-work program known as the TSA, the average American has awakened to the reality that we’re at war, and there’s no escaping it.
We’re all in this together. And we owe this rediscovered realization to the citizen heroes on Flight 93.
Let’s roll.

This morning, Don Imus refused to listen to his newsman Charles report about the American terrorist named as a wanted man who had lived in the USA for 15 years and had many contacts with Bin Ladin.. He interrupted and said the story was ridiculous, inconsequential, because Osama was “dead as Elvis” and refused to let Charles continue with the important story. This is the liberal see, hear and smell no evil in Islam on parade.

I seriously doubt they’ll go back to Chicago. I truly think they’ll buy a luxurious spread in Hawaii. And, of course, he’ll have Bill Ayers write his presidential memoirs, rake in mega bucks from who knows where for teleprompter speeches. He and the wookie will live high on the hog once he leaves office. Assuming, they don’t go bankrupt first. With his sense of economics, this is a distinct possibility.
Like clockwork, every day there is another outrageous deed that I muse, “what would have been said about George or Laura had they inflicted the same type of arrogant royal excess as the Obamas upon the populace?” The howls would be like hounds of hell!
Perhaps worse is Michelle’s déclassé couture and formal portrait, embarrassing us for decades, nay centuries to come. There is even a photo where she is sporting a camel toe circulating the internet.
