I remember, at least I think I do, that Boy Scouts were spit upon and booed at some obama event. I have searched and searched for that, but no can find. Can someone prove my sanity, or should I begin buying wheel chairs and electric scooters?

("When you make peaceful protest impossible, you make violent protest inevitable." JFK)
Obama's lamebrain advisors told him, "Ahh, just a bunch of non-voting kids in shorts...forget them, there's no point". But they forgot that there are probably 30 million EX-Boy Scouts out there. To ignore the 100th anniversary of this famous group is a real shame and a missed opportunity. As a Scout, I went to Valley Forge Jamboree in 1964. LBJ flew in by helicopter and spoke to 75,000 of us. I'll never forget the event, although I completely forget what he said.....LBJ was like that.
I'm afraid the horse is out of the barn on this one, however, there is a big vote coming up.

Obama dissed the Boy Scouts to try and prop up his weak, pathetic ratings, so I don’t blame them. The irony is that he probably could have gotten a boost in his ratings by meeting with the Boy Scouts. Of course, the limp-wristed crowd probably wouldn’t like it.

CNN’s Jeanne Moos, just another “professional certified journalist” substituting snarky adolescent bitchiness for clear thinking, and group political correctness for the courage to speak truth to power.

It may be time for the Scouts to set aside "courteous and kind" until the day our civilization and culture are restored.
Between now and then there may be some difficult tasks for all.

That’s really her name.
You just can’t make this stuff up.
By the way, I had a friend go to the jamboree and he didn’t hear any booing. That said, he probably didn’t waste any time listening to a video of Obama.

Many people get led away by some new politician with some new extreme idea. Never believe in one man's idea till it has been well considered from all points of view. Extreme ideas are seldom much good; if you look them up in history you will see almost always that they have been tried before somewhere and have failed.Your forefathers worked hard, fought hard, and died hard, to make your country for you. Don't let them look down from heaven and see you loafing about with your hands in your pockets, doing nothing to keep it up.
Play up! Each man in his place, and play the game!

“The White House says ‘The View’ had nothing to do with it- that the President was already scheduled to be on the road that day.”
And the scouts were already scheduled to “boo” obama that day.
Both should be commended for sticking faithfully to their schedules that day.

The scouts had it right. I’m glad they didn’t bow down and worship the worst president ever.
To: Nachum
Technically, I suppose, she’s right.
The amazing thing about the booing, though, is its spontaneity and widespread nature, the gut reaction to being dissed by the Hoper-in-Chief and without being organized by any conspiracy. And, you don’t hear any applause, either, or any apparent attempt to silence the protest. This tiny incident speaks volumes. What’s more, it is . . .
The very definition of the Tea Party sentiment. If people, even young people, do not speak up, their opinions will be lost. The final poll results on all this comes early November. We’ll see.

On CNN, blonde and blue eyed is all that is required.

Hey, Ms. Moos - answer this one simple question: would you have felt compelled to speak out against this had this been George W Bush addressing the Scouts?

Leftists have no problem pointing out the rules that their oppostion should follow. Sort of like how text messages by Mark Foley are worthy of 24/7 coverage, but confirmed pickle smoker Barney Frank running a male brothel out of his taxpayer-funded dc apartment isn't worth a mention.
Liberalism = Selective rules, selective outrage, selective justice.
