not necessarily. I know someone named Hector Garcia whose family has been here for generations. I think his great-great grandparents immigrated from PR. But this guy’s last name sounds Italian.

Come on, it sounds like youre blaming the innocent guy in this. He was in there with a group of friends. If it was seedy he had friends that had his back.
The article keeps repeating the 'heavy beer glass'. I'm guessing that is what will be blamed. Not the guy, but the glass. And now beer glasses will be banned in all pubs. ugh!
