Here's something new for the birthers to chew over: President Barack Obama's passport. Says he was born in Hawaii! But the White House has strategically fuzzed out certain data, so the mystery continues.

Now, it's his official passport, which means it's new, so the true believers will not be persuaded. Not that they ever would.

The only supporting evidence that I would accept is the long form birth certificate. Hard to believe they can’t even come up with a fake one of those.

If he was not actually born in Hawaii, I would assume his passport says he was born in Hawaii. If there was fraud, why create a fraudulent record of birth unless you were going to use it to prove citizenship?

US Citizen? Is they mom?

The Press/media is continuing to plant in the minds that citizenship equates to the Constitutional requirement for Presidential eligibility. To them mere birth in the US makes a person eligible. They are the original “Birthers” ..... “He’s born here....He’s a citizen.....he’s eligible.....get over it! (Move on)

I'm the skeptic. I'd kind of like to see his old passport. The one he traveled to Indonesia on way back when. His new passport doesn't interest me. It will be a nice keepsake for the museum, but it doesn't tell me anything.

Whenever a simple, reasonable question is met with mockery, I get even more interested. Its human nature, I think.
