I agree with you. One day mosques will form a chain across the entire country—as common as McDonald’s or Starbucks. But it will be too late, and it will be impossible to unseat any of them OR to escape that awful, mournful, “call to prayer” five times a day. I know whereof I speak, since I lived in a Muslim country. Your day begins, ends, and is dominated by this intrusive mournful wail. This argument about the Ground Zero mosque will be remembered fondly as “the good old days,” when something could’ve been done.
