(He is unqualified based on a host of other issues, but not this one).
Obama is the master of the phony strawman argument. By leading off with this statement, the author of this article is engaging in the same sort of deception...

This was a statement by Egyptian Foreign Minister Ahmed Abul Gheit on Nile-TV. It was made on the «Round table show».
This is the statement recorded:
Adul Gheit said he had a one-on-one meeting with Obama, where the US President told him that He was still a Muslim, the son of a Muslim father, the step son of Muslim stepfather, that his half brothers in Kenya are Muslims, and that he was sympatetic towards the Muslim agenda.
Adul Gheit claimed Obama told the Arabs to show patience. Obama promised that once he overcame some domestic issues, like the Health care reform, he would show the Muslim World how to deal with Israel.

But that said, if someone was a member of a 'church' for 20 years that had the following posted in their 'About Us' section of their website (tucc.org - prior to March 2008 ... They've since 'cleaned up' their statement), I'd strongly suspect: Not Christian...

Notice anything 'odd' about that long 'About Us' message... They seem to be focused on something, but its not Worship of God and Christ. Not once is the LORD Jesus Christ's Name mentioned...
I'll say it again - a 20 year member of this 'church': Not Christian.
Zero is covering up he is a Muslim. This is what did Nixon in.
Being a Muslim is bad, but covering it up makes it worse.

Does the religion of a president matter?
No, and maybe.
Someone's religion doesn't constitutionally disqualify them for the Presidency, as stated above.
However, once a Voter steps into the voting booth everything from religion, skin color, general appearance, weight, nose size, and anything else (no matter how serious, or how trivial) the voter likes/dislikes about the candidate matters -- to that voter's decision about who to pull the lever for.
That's the strength, or weakness (depending upon your happiness about the outcome of an election), of America's use of secret voting.
So, the author's quote of the Constitution only applies to whether a candidate can qualify to get their name on the ballot, but beyond that, has nothing to do with the Voters' decision whether to select them from the list of candidates.
In this case yes.

DEHUMANIZING TRADITIONAL AMERICA, THE OBAMA GOAL
That makes no difference to the national socialist elite in power, they want to cow America with their Utopia. The former needless genocidal 9/11 sacrifice of 3800 innocent lives is trumped by “ minority rights.” This is just the beginning if Obama and his national socialist junta is allowed to stay in power. And then we are to watch silently as Obama’s plan to isolate and disempower middle America socially , politically and economically accelerates. Dehumanization of sectors of society is a major fascist technique. So far he has dehumanized many, including the Fort Hood shooting victims, as the sanctity of Muslims is preserved in our military over the necessity for American justice and the future protection of our military personell.
On a parallel matter, Obama is redistricting America as we speak, using the 2010 census. The defining parameters will be to cloister racial and ethnic minorites into their own Congressional constituncies. Subsequently the plan is to pit that block of racial and ethnic minority voters against the rest of America. The “ minority rights” aspect of this mosque argument will then be applied to budgeting. Special federal programs to provide “historical justice “ for the so called ‘exploited” will be put in place. Using fannie / freddie for affirmative action lending nearly destroyed our nation and the world economy, and now Obama wants to remake Fannie /Freddie? You can imagine the image in which he will remake these bogus institutions, even Barney Frank is bailing.
There is a very large comprehensive plan, and the mosque right now is the icon on a much larger political battle front. America is kept ignorant of this larger battle. The Obama Utopia is a cultural mosaic, not a melting pot, and he is quietly going about this redefinition of America which will now be rammed down our throats , using his executive powers, the Supreme Court, and a cowed Congress.
Obama will not unite America, he intends to divide it and conquer it, and will use force to do so if he thinks it necessary.Thats why he manifests a burgeoning Secret Service personal security plan which now freezes our municipalities as he travels about our nation.Its a message, part of his campaign to cow America into submission.
This mosque must not be built, if it is, it will likely be destroyed. As Rush Limbaugh says, can one imagine building a Shinto Temple adjacent to the USS Arizona at Pearl Harbor, 10 years after it happened there?
