Let’s publicly petition Saudi Arabia to let an American group put up a “Christian outreach center” there, if not in Mecca, at least as close as possible to it. In a serious attempt to make it ecumenical, say we’d call it the “C. S. Lewis center.”
Just a few days ago I proposed putting a Ground Zero next to the Grand Mosque in Mecca.

Let's put their lack of tolerance on full public display.
They won't be able to allow a church or synagogue to be built anywhere in Saudi Arabia (or anywhere else) without massive Muslim "outrage".
It's time to force their hand!
And we know the leadership can not allow a church or synagogue to be built anywhere in Saudi Arabia, especially near Mecca!
