A Republican civil war is raging, with righter-than-thou conservatives dominating ever more primaries in a fight for the party's soul. And the Democrats hope to benefit.

The latest examples of conservative insurgents' clout came Tuesday at opposite ends of the country. In Florida, political newcomer Rick Scott beat longtime congressman and state Attorney General Bill McCollum for the GOP gubernatorial nomination. And in Alaska, tea party activists and Sarah Palin

What they forget is that one of the main reasons the Pubs lost control of the Senate and the House was CONSERVATIVE anger with Bush and his party's "go along/get along" with the Dims who were pushing amnesty and big government spending.

And only becasue of Sarah Palin was McCain even a contender in the 2008 election. So it WAS NOT great enamor with LIberal ideas that got the Dims--and Obama--elected; it was a huge Conservative "shrug"!

Why not just publish the DNC talking points directly?

They’re far less wordy.

The propagandists can’t keep their message straight.

Last week the MSM meme was that Republicans don’t have “a single, solitary new idea.” Republican “ideas have been tested, and they have failed,” Obama said. “They don’t have a single idea that’s different from George Bush’s ideas — not one,” Obama said to applause.

Now explain to me, how is it that the Republican party can be so uniform in their “failed ideas from the past” and still have a civil war ongoing in the party?

If all the ideas are old and the same, doesn’t it logically follow that there is no disagreement within the party?

Or is the MSM finally acknowledging that some in the GOP want to surrender to socialism while the majority wants to preserve America?

HAHAHAHAHA!

I love it! Just last night the spin was the Tea Parties weren’t making any real difference. Now, it’s ‘they are tearing the GOP apart.’

HAHAHAHA!

The AP must really be losing money. They obviously aren’t employing editors anymore.

...and it’s not even September. What worries me, is that desperate people do desperate things.
