Chris Matthews played Joe McCarthy today. Furiously commenting on Glenn Beck's rally today in D.C., he went absolutely berserk. "Who stole America? I want to know, who stole America? Give me the names! Who stole America?" President Obama put the government in charge of student loans, took over the auto industry, instituted ObamaCare which forces Americans to buy insurance and pay more for it, VASTLY increased the size of government, surrounded himself with radicals in the White House, put a cloak of protection around all the unions, has outlawed the use of terms such as "War on Terror" and "Islamofascism," put a ban on drilling in the Gulf which will make us more dependent on foreign oil and cost us much needed jobs, and has spent trillions of dollars we don't have. In other words, Chris, we think he's NOT ONLY RUINED THE COUNTRY, BUT HE'S STOLEN IT FROM US.

Great post! I don’t think the late Saul or the present Obozo ever thought the “rules” would be turned against the radicals themselves!
I only sneak a peak now and then so I know what the “enemy” is doing - but I must admit Matthew’s stupidity and clownishness have a certain comic relief attraction. It’s sometimes a good break from reality when you can just laugh and not be challenged to think! Chris is far more amusing than Pee Wee! Try it.
I think mom, Maddow, Olbermann, some relatives and a couple thousand others constitute his WHOLE viewing audience. MSNBC is so far down in the ratings tank I think most of their viewing audience consists of people who tune in because they’re just curious about what it IS!
There are not too many Zell Millers around to take that girly boy down....:O)

Right - as the article says, Matthews is just plain jealous. Another jealous network is CNN. Glenn and Greta both were formerly at CNN but they left because at CNN they were forced to spout the liberal party line. You’d think these netwoks, which are in the ratings tank, would learn something from the loss of talented people. But, no, they just creep along with fewer and fewer viewers and broadcast the liberal party line. Even today, CNN was bashing Beck for his Washington, D.C. rally - if he’s so bad, why did they HIRE him and retain him for years? We all know the reason!

Right, but let not us conservatives become complacent because Obama is sinking in the polls and more and more people realize he’s in over his head and his policies are prolonging and worsening the recession. The answer is voter TURNOUT, and we’ve lost more than one election because voters assumed it was a done deal.

The only male on MSNBC who might tell him that is Rachel Maddow but s/he’s in the tank with Chris. If s’he pulled up her dress there might be a real “man up.”
Well put! That’s exactly why we can’t let them set the agenda and define the terms of the debate. You made a great point - today states’ rights can’t be discussed in terms of the Civil War but rather in terms of a traditional and originalist understanding of the Tenth Amendment. By the way, thugs and demagogues like Sharpton, Jackson, and Obama would be excluded from any respectable debate on the subject in a civilized seminar. But, alas, those times are gone!
Yes, he does. Believe me, I’m not trying to make fun of people with certain physical disabilities but several years ago I had occasion to observe some people who suffered from a mild form of epilepsy. Every time I see Matthews babbling and blustering incoherently, I’m reminded of that clinical seminar.
i sadly saw the opening of this on TV...he starts by railing against rupert murdoch for giving money to the GOP...this is the same POS who was considering to run as a rat-winger in the state of Pennsylvania...

I believe that, too! Let’s keep our people in the armed services in our thoughts and prayers. They’ve helped save many nations in the past and the time may soon come when they will have to help save ours. Israel and the USA are walking in locked step. Israel is a faithful ally, a democracy, and a partner in our struggle against the Islamofascists. There is no better defender of Judeo-Christian Western civilization than Israel - a tiny enlightened and progressive plot of land surrounded by Islamofascist states which havn’t advanced much religiously or culturally since the 7th century.This is truly a “clash of civilizations.”
Personally, I think the tired old “blame Bush” mantra is soon to backfire among voters. We’re all disgusted by the fact that the Obama administration has obviously done nothing but harm to the nation and has NO ideas to improve things except with his suicidal socialist agenda. Did Bush spend too much? Yes, but Obama and his Congress have literally QUADRUPLED the national debt and deficit in 18 months. We’re broke! Obama admits to this while yet daily submitting to Congress multi-billion dollar spending programs. The next couple generations are already in hock and will be lucky if they can even pay the INTEREST on the national debt! The party’s over but the President has plans for six more years of reckless deficit spending!
