Tonight on The Glenn Beck Program: Radio host and conservative commentator Dana Loesch fills in for Glenn tonight on GBTV. She'll be joined by Lt. Governor of Wisconsin Rebecca Kleefisch to discuss the recall election. Will it set the stage for the national election? Plus, former leftwing activist turned FBI informant Brandon Darby joins Dana on set to discuss Occupy Wall Street. Tune in at 5pm ET or on demand.

Was Facebook systematically overvalued in order to force it into a government bailout? That’s the hypothesis that Glenn Beck offered on GBTV tonight, and like many of Beck’s hypotheses, you might be surprised at the evidence that exists for it. In a nearly 20 minute segment, Beck meticulously and carefully picked his way through the past record of the company that handled the IPO for Facebook – Morgan Stanley – and pointed out that they don’t exactly have a record of success in helping companies go public. “Morgan Stanley was the lead consultant on Fannie and Freddie bailouts,” Beck said...

Last week Glenn Beck discussed the all-encompassing reach of the Nanny State as local officials have been cracking down, not on gang violence or organized crime rings, but on enterprises as innocent as children’s lemonade stands and bake-sales. Whether America’s youth are selling their refreshments for charity, school-funds, or simply for their own mad-money and enjoyment, bureaucrats seem to be hyper-focused on dismantling what was once a cornerstone of the American experience. If it sounds too outrageous to be true, consider the following stories from around the country and listen to Glenn Beck explain why Big Government tactics like this...

Ironically, despite making Mitt Romney’s former company Bain Capital and other private equity firms the target of its latest attack, the Obama campaign held a near-$36,000 per plate fundraising dinner at the home of Tony James, president of the nation’s largest private equity firm, Blackstone Group. Citing the president’s latest Romney-hit-piece, Glenn Beck blasted the hypocrisy shown by the president when it comes to private equity firms. Obama’s condemnation of private equity hinges on the familiar narrative that the industry is renown for commandeering companies and slashing jobs, leaving untold numbers jobless — which is why it is doubly ironic...

While Glenn Beck has been keeping a comparatively low profile since his meteoric rise on Fox News in 2009, but that doesn’t mean he’s doing all that badly– in fact, he’s doing better than ever before in terms of income– and better than any other political celebrity. Forbes‘ Power 100 reveals today that, while in overall ranking including influence in the media, Beck is in 23rd place, he outshines Rush Limbaugh, Donald Trump and Alec Baldwin in the income department. The conventional wisdom: Fiery cable news host goes off the rails, loses his highly influential platform, and is forever forgotten to history. Alas, what may be true for ex-MSNBC, ex-Current TV host Keith Olbermann is not true for ex-Fox News host Glenn Beck. Beck now earns $80 million, according to Forbes, making him the eleventh highest-paid celebrity on the Forbes Celebrity 100, putting him ahead of Tom Cruise, Donald Trump, and radio's most influential talking head, Rush Limbaugh. "Who needs Fox News? Beck is his own network now," the editors at Forbes, who released the Celebrity 100 list today, write....

Thursday evening’s episode of the Glenn Beck Program will likely go down in the history books as one of the very few (if not only) recorded instances of another human being exposing President Obama’s myriad personal and professional inconsistencies in such a detailed and profound way. In fact, viewers might even consider burning themselves a DVD copy to serve as a record of what historians will one day prove. On Friday, The Blaze will provide more details on the president’s past deeds and associations, along with an additional clip from Beck‘s Thursday’s broadcast. Until then, ask yourself the following question:...

This clip from GBTV tonight is actually something you’ll all want to watch. Beck goes back though Obama’s statements about his past and points out the lies he’s told, including some in his big 2004 DNC speech. According to my tipster, Beck did this in light of the WAPO hit piece on Romney today. It’s quite revealing:video clip

Van Jones was speaking at the Green Festival in Chicago this past weekend and sparked yet another controversy. The former White House insider seemed to take great pleasure in announcing that his opponents should be more worried about him now that he has been inside 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue and is back out on the streets. To quote Mr. Jones: Subtle hint, (unintelligible) Don‘t ever let somebody like me in the White House and then insist that I come back out here with y’all… Because now, we can make this thing work.

After two decades of living and working in Manhattan, this average New Yorker believed he had seen everything. Today proved that to be a false assumption. Walking out of the Blaze headquarters on 6th Avenue in Midtown, I encountered this very strange vehicle driving up the street. (American speaks to "Obama")

A set up? An incredulous Beck asked if anyone had ever seen the Secret Service conduct itself this way before. Being dismissed for an alleged tryst with with prostitutes in Cartagena; carelessly plotting out routes in foreign countries that compromise the presidential motorcade; approving risk-laden locations for foreign stop-overs. None of the above bodes well for those entrusted with protecting America’s Commander in Chief. After a careful review of these transgressions, Beck came to the conclusion that there can only be two explanations — and each one spells trouble. Either the Secret Service is a motley crew of inept “morons”...

Glen Beck Called the Tax Code Something This Past Week and It was Perfect, Do you Remember the Word? Were you listening? He said this was the term that his accountants use to describe the tax code. The word was not: Evil or dispicable. It was a word that meant entrapment or get you. Please help out if you listened!

Glenn Beck has been in Texas only a few months, and he's already talking big. Now, he wants to address America from his own Oval Office.Lest anyone fear that something has suddenly gone drastically wrong in our country, Beck's Oval Office is a movie set in Irving.-SNIP-Saying he will "deliver the speeches the president should have delivered," Beck promised to "activate the sleeping giant" of Christian conservatives in America with speeches from his new set on the Studios' Stage A. Mainly, of course, Beck's goal is to motivate subscribers to pay $9.95 a month for his show, broadcast daily to...

“Today’s Tea Party adherents are George Wallace legacies.” “[Glenn] Beck is an ignorant, divisive, pathetic figure.” If those sentences sound to you like they’re straight out of the op-ed pages of the Washington Post and the New York Times, you’d be right. But they can also be found in a college textbook assigned to students at a community college in Texas. America Is Better Than Glenn Beck: Anti Beck Writings in College Textbook“Read, Reason, Write: An Argument Text and Reader” is a critical reading and analysis book assigned to freshmen at Lone Star College-University Park in Houston. Hey, take a look at what I found on the EPA's website (Yes, I have a life. Really. I do. Promise.): ********************************** "Environmental Justice is the fair treatment and meaningful involvement of all people regardless of race, color, national origin, or income with respect to the development, implementation, and enforcement of environmental laws, regulations, and policies. Fair treatment means that no group of people should bear a disproportionate share of the negative environmental consequences resulting from industrial, governmental and commercial operations or policies. Meaningful involvement means that: (1) people have an opportunity to participate in decisions about activities that may...

“Now, let me be clear: I am not defending George Zimmerman in any way. Right now I think he’s most likely guilty,” Glenn said. “Let’s pray the system takes its course before some lunatic decides to listen to the words of The Black Panthers and try to get an ‘eye for an eye’.”

“The Road We’ve Traveled” is an Obama campaign short movie — or alternatively dubbed “docu-ganda” — that, to many, is a stunningly fawning 17-minute account of what the filmmaker posits are the president’s myriad “accomplishments” during his first term. “Remember how far we’ve come,” opens director Davis Guggenheim’s film. Guggenheim, of course, made waves recently when he asserted that the only “negative” about President Obama is that he has too many positives. But where does the title and theme for Obama’s mini propagandist piece hail from? Glenn Beck went digging and thinks he might have found the answers in a...

by John HillStand With ArizonaWe have become sadly accustomed to California - America's Sanctuary State - sinking lower and lower into utter lawlessness for the sake of naked racial politics. But whatever they do in Sacramento doesn't even come close to the utter madness that is Los Angeles - which makes the rest of the state look conservative by comparison. This week saw the Los Angeles Police Department announcing that it will soon start ignoring California state law, which requires police to impound the vehicles of unlicensed drivers for 30 days - because it is "unfair" to illegal aliens! That's right....

If one wanted to destroy America, all one would need to do is break the country into parts and chisel away at each segment, bit by bit. Tuesday‘s episode of The Glenn Beck Program laid out America’s core components and described how each one is being undermined and thus, destroyed. But who is doing the destroying? Glenn contends that those seeking to dismantle the American way are “no longer progressives.” Instead, the left has successfully morphed into what it had always intended to be: Full-fledged Communists. “Progressives can say mission accomplished. Now it’s phase two.”Invoking Stuart Chase’s “The Road We...

Certain of us at Gulag Bound were expecting Glenn Beck to do something to sink Rick Santorum, whom he had recently endorsed. This Friday night, it happened. He was brought into the O’Reilly Factor for only a brief time via remote transmission, specifically to say, “I’m a supporter of Rick Santorum but…” …it is time to end the race and after all, Mitt Romney is a good man of business and surely must be a better solution than Barack Obama…. Beck took on the well timed mantra of the GOP insider punditry. That was the only significant matter discussed. This was...

It’s time for the GOP presidential race to come to a close, Glenn Beck told Fox News‘ Bill O’Reilly “I think it’s time that it ends,“ Beck said during an interview broadcast Friday on ”The O’Reilly Factor.“ ”I’m a supporter of Rick Santorum but, you know, I think we’re at the end here, or very near the end. If you do the math, it’s darn near mathematically impossible here — unless we go all the way down to the wire — for anybody but Romney to take it. We have got to come together and start to put together a...

You see, these are the moments when we’ll miss Andrew the most. First off, I am a conservative and have spent countless hours listening to and reading the books of all these men. Reading Levin's Liberty and Tyranny was compelling, as were many of the publications of these Patriots. With the VAST amount of Constitutional research accumulated in order to write these best sellers, there is and has always has been one important fact known to ALL these men to be a Constitutional FACT missing. That non negotiable FACT is that according to the Constitution, Barack Hussein Obama is NOT eligible to be placed on the ballot, let alone occupy his present...

Today, Presidential candidate Rick Santorum appeared on the Glenn Beck program to discuss the state of the race for the Republican nomination for President of the United States. The tone of the overall exchange was cordial, with Santorum joking at the start, “You know, Glenn, sometimes my wife loves you more than me.” Still, Glenn warned Santorum that he wouldn’t be gentle in questioning him just because they were friends. “I‘m nobody’s shill,” Glenn said. And indeed, not all of the interview was sweetness and light, as during the second segment, Glenn asked Santorum a tough question on his views...

Tuesday, we published this story about a bizarre attack launched against Governor Sarah Palin at, of all places, Glenn Beck’s site The Blaze. It was an attack made up of whole cloth, the kind of thing we’re used to seeing from the mainstream media and leftists, not from those who claim to be on our side. Palin’s not above criticism, but when Newsweek asks her to write about life with her son Trig, a Down Syndrome child, and she writes about life with her son Trig — what’s the problem?

Monday, a writer for Glenn Beck’s website The Blaze, took upon himself to trash Governor Palin for writing that beautiful article that was published over the weekend on the Daily Beast. Quite frankly, Beck’s writer shocked me with his tone and lack of reason for posting the piece. So why did The Blaze host this nauseating garbage? Why did Beck’s editors permit someone (a small man who writes just like a “progressive™” btw) to attack Governor Palin in this fashion, on this website?

Last night, we brought you Glenn Beck’s commentary regarding the establishment of an Islamic caliphate (something he says Islamists “are succeeding” at accomplishing). Now, we have a report by Beck’s expert panel on radical Islam, including Retired Lt. Gen. William G. Boykin, CBN News’ Erick Stakelbeck and Frank Gaffney from the Center for Security Policy. The group discussed the potential calamity and international unrest that may be coming as a result of the growing prominence of radical Islamists. And it’s a segment that Beck categorized as “scary” on Thursday morning.

A retired U.S. lieutenant general who made comments some consider disparaging to Islam withdrew Monday from speaking at a West Point prayer breakfast after a progressive veterans’ advocacy group — VoteVets.org — along with the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) asked the Army chief of staff to rescind the invitation.Last week The Blaze reported VoteVets.org told Gen. Raymond Odierno in a letter that allowing retired Lt. Gen. William G. Boykin to speak at West Point next week would be anathema to Army values and disrespectful to Muslim cadets. According to the Associate Press, late Monday afternoon, West Point issued a...

Cliff Kincaid, president of America’s Survival, Inc. (ASI), a public policy organization, is leading a “Bring Back Beck” campaign to return Glenn Beck to the Fox News Channel, where he had a popular program devoted to analyzing current and future events, including the role of hedge fund billionaire George Soros, in the American political environment. Kincaid has produced several articles examining the role of Soros-funded groups in forcing Beck’s departure from the channel last year.

Cliff Kincaid recently learned of a private investigator, Douglas J. Hagmann, with information that the Soros role in Beck’s ouster was deeper and more insidious than previously realized. In order to further the public’s right to know as to how the First Amendment right of freedom of the press is being manipulated and subverted by covert forces in U.S. politics, Kincaid asked Hagmann, who is the CEO of Hagmann Investigative Services, Inc., and director of the Northeast Intelligence Network for permission to pass on this information. He has agreed, as long as the identities of the sources of information are...

Cliff Kincaid at America's Survival has launched a call for Fox News to bring back Glenn Beck. This announcement comes on the heels of troubling revelations about Beck's firing and other disturbing trends at Fox. It quickly got front-page coverage at the Huffington Post, presumably to launch a campaign of ridicule and smears before Kincaid's idea builds momentum. No matter how much they sneer, the left is terrified of Beck. Beck's firing was the work of George Soros, Kincaid has revealed. Soros funded Color of Change, the organization founded by Van Jones that launched a boycott against Fox after Beck...

<p>You have perhaps no bigger fan of your philosophy, nor a more eager consumer of your many books, broadcasts and events, than me. One of the more memorable events in my life was attending your Restoring Honor rally in Washington, D.C., and sharing breakfast with you, several hundred supporters and Gov. Sarah Palin, in support of the Special Operations Warrior Fund. Never will I forget hearing you announce, "Ladies and gentleman, security just notified me that we should all go soon, because the crowd is already filled beyond the reflecting pool." Thank you for the greatness of your vision and the amazing courage of your convictions.</p>

The attacks by both Drudge and Beck on Newt are about as vicious as I've ever seen by either of them even on Obama. I turned off Beck some time ago due to his extreme doomer act and I'm starting to get to the point where I avoid Drudge as well. I understand that they might not be Newt fans but the force of their hatred toward him is stunning.

Just checking to see if anyone else is watching. FYI..I had to turn the sound down on his show today.

I was just listening to Beck on air this morning. He is sarcastically thanking South Carolina for giving us a candidate who has "no way in hell of winning against Obama." The Hemorrhoid is about to burst. Look for more Republicans to have nervous breakdowns today.

Earlier this week on GBTV, Glenn Beck delivered what he referred to as “some of the most important information” on the economy he has ever given. Naturally, he discussed the eurozone crisis and the global economy. As noted earlier on The Blaze, the EU continues to creep closer to the edge of total financial meltdown; there are many warning signs and Beck addressed some of these. During the GBTV program, Beck dissected the situation in Italy, including the installation of unelected technocrats, and explained how policies that have been put in place in the EU could be coming to America....

Wouldn't it be great if a Republican presidential candidate could just buy the support of just about every major conservative talk show host in America? Well, it may not be as far-fetched as you may think. Clear Channel owns more radio stations (850) than anyone else in the United States. They also own Premiere Radio Networks, the company that syndicates the radio shows of Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, and Glenn Beck, among others. Needless to say, Clear Channel basically owns conservative talk radio in the United States. So who owns Clear Channel? Well, it turns out that Bain Capital is...

Last night on Glenn Beck's GBTV.com television show, Glenn and historian David Barton discussed Judicial Tyranny where many recent Federal judges have been legislating from the bench creating a judicial tyranny. This discussion is remarkable close to the firestorm and headlines caused by Newt Gingrich's position that federal judges that cross the line when they outlaw school prayer and the mention of God at school graduations, should be brought before Congress to EXPLAIN their tyrannical judicial decisions. Remember, the constitution gives Congress the power to set up the court system. Congress in essence oversees the federal court system. In this...

Can someone tell me why Glenn Beck has such digust for Newt Gingrich, without mentionning his conservative credentials on Israel and Balanced budgets? Glenn said on GBTV last night that he leaves political expertise to Rush Limbaugh. However, he does not mention that Rush is usually positive on Newt's conservative background. The vitrol toward Newt Gingrich from Glenn and his GBTV panelists seems to be unreasonable and coordinated. Any explanations would be appreciated.

US Shock Jock Glenn Beck’s Internet-only network is launching a series aimed at showing people how to move off-grid. GBTV, which the conservative firebrand launched as he was exiting Fox News this past spring, is prepping Independence U.S.A.The series follows the Belcastro family as they try to live “off the grid” in a post-apocalyptic America. That’s near identical to the History Channel’s Apocalypse, PA, in which the same heavily-mustachioed lead character Frank Belcastro introduced himself by declaring: “My name is Frank and I’m not crazy. I know the world’s not ending anytime soon. But just in case, I want to...

In between his purchases of gold bullion and road flares, his attempts to put one more gallon of water in his cellar, and the addition of twenty more cans of green beans for dooms day, Glenn Beck has recently taken time to criticize and perhaps even undercut the GOP. For example, in his appearance on Freedom Watch with Andrew Napolitano last week, Beck said that President Obama and Newt Gingrich were both progressives, and that the only reason the Tea Party is supporting Newt over Obama is due to race. Let’s examine these claims one at a time. Why is...
