There should be no surprise that the Obama administration and Attorney General Eric Holder would put terrorists’ “rights” before their victims and the safety of the American people by suspending the trial of Abd al Rahim al Nashiri, mastermind of the USS Cole attack.
Holder and the Clinton administration have pandered to terrorists for political gain before.

Eric Holder swore a Constitutional Oath to apply the existing laws of the land.
But he won’t apply the law to the Black Panthers.
He won’t apply the law to the Cole Bomber.
And he won’t apply the law to illegal immigrants.
He is violating the oath he promised to uphold.

Make that January when we get at least one branch of government back in American hands.
The Cole was bombed when Clinton was in office. If it was such a slam-dunk then why didn’t Bush put them on trial? Why did we wait until these yahoos took over?
The Dims in Congress know they are in melt-down, but they seem to diving off the bridge with the Executive branch. I am amazed that they are so blatantly open with their deeds. It’s like they have a suicide pact. the ony way to stop the change is to stop the November election...

Alinski rules for radicals does not work when you are in charge. They are just trying to rob and steal as much as they can before they are ousted in January.
SCOTUS and Congress (John McCain, in particular) had "a better idea".
Should GWB have run roughshod over the SCOTUS and Congress (and MCain)? Yes.
But, being in search of "a new tone in Washington", he didn't.
Moral: Never trust Democrats. Or John McCain.
Holder acts pretty much independent of Congress. We need protection for LOOOOONG past November.
I think the truth is that they have set up a judicial system they know will reveal our security secrets and ultimately fail to result in convictions.
It was great fun when Bush was in office but now that they own it and the consequences they are perplexed how they are going to get out of the box they built.

If Obama can further the lefts goals just a bit, they are that much closer to global tyranny against liberty. For every one area where Obama moved the sticks, we have to move it back two.
