sacred ground...

For people to practice their constitutional rights. They treated in the sacred sense as well when they cleaned up after themselves. It’s odd that a politician, who should know about Separation of Church and State, should also know that different faiths loan their property to different faiths on a regular basis. Cleanliness of a church or synagogue after we meet in them, which is a good example of treating sacred, we make sure is clean upon leaving. Though I won’t compare a building of worship to the national mall, the assembly was peaceable, they spoke their points, and cleaned up as they left, they treated the lawn as sacred by all definition.

He may not quite have realized it yet, but Deval Patrick is utterly irrelevant - even in Massachusetts.

Well, Boston is sacred ground to me and and it pains me that I have to put up with the likes of these communists in control there such as Cadillac Duval.

Well the pic of him riding the girl’s bike may take the cake but he’s definitely letting his girly side out more.

It is hard to conceive of how anyone generally read on Lincoln in general, the Meditation on the Divine Will and the Second Inaugural Address could not understand how the Lincoln Memorial was a fitting place for gathering to call for general faith initiatives to restore honor to the nation to re-cement the political process.

Instead of worshiping the ground where King spoke, how about putting the man’s principles into practice?

If only it were so.

Deval Patrick is a corrupt little twerp, who serves as a bootlicker to the evil muslim obama.

Hey, Deval, if the Lincoln Memorial site of the King speech is sacred ground to you, what about Ground Zero, which is sacred ground to most of the rest of us? Yet you want that vile “Cordoba” victory mosque built there!!!!

And why did you visit that other evil mosque—the giant muslim Brotherhood-run “islamic cultural center” in Roxbury in Boston? Don’t you know that they were founded by know funders of terrorism, including one who was convicted and is in prison? And don’t you know that—either in the form of Arabic language literature, or sermons or actions—they have advocated the jihadist murder of Serbs, Russians, Christians, Jews, and Americans? And don’t you know that they have been trying to turn September 11th into being about “hate crimes” against muslims, rather than the giant hate crime committed against Americans on 9/11/01?

Don’t you know? Or don’t you care?

Hey, Gov...if there is any MLK sight that can be rightfully claimed as “sacred ground” for him and the Civil Rights Movement, is is where King died, killed by an assassin. That place is not in DC. It is The Lorraine Motel, (now the National Civil Rights Museum) that was a relatively drab, two-story motor inn on Mulberry Street in downtown Memphis where MLK liked to stay when in that city.

Why didn't Sharpton go there to have his MLK remembrance rally instead of some school in Washington? I am sure crowds would have met him there. Probably more than showed up in Washington, even though so many who hang on Sharpton's words live so close by.

The Lincoln Memorial belongs to US. Beck’s rally there doesn’t make it his any more than MLK’s rally did. Only a RINO would shy away from it for fear of giving grist to the hate mill of the left.

Black victims groups, led by black con artist, racist rabble rousers feel they can co-opt ANYTHING they deem sacred to blacks.I believe Lincoln was president of all the US

Is there any hope these people may ever become Americans in the assimilated, melting pot style? If not, may they find another country. I am sick of their arrogant nonsense.

Lincoln Memorial is “King’s site” just like that Massachusetts senate seat was “Kennedy’s seat”.

The US is sacred ground to me. It would be a better place without many of the democrats but “it’s a free country”—at least for now.

The fact of the matter is that Beck added to the sanctity of the site, not detracted from it. Muslims (as in GroundZero) axiomatically detract from every site they step foot on.
