Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio said Thursday the Justice Department "sandbagged" him with the lawsuit it filed earlier in the day against him. The Justice Department claims in its suit that the controversial Arizona lawman refused for more than a year to turn over records in an investigation into allegations his department discriminates against Hispanics. It surprises me because our lawyers have been meeting with the Justice Department officials the last week and we were cooperating," Arpaio told Fox News' Neil Cavuto.

Nothing the regime headed by Obama and Holder would do would surprise me.

The rat administration keeps piling on and are deceptive. A 100 House seat turnover this November is not out of the question.
Maybe Arpaio will seek at some point the Senate and then go for President. Could be another reason the Marxist Obamy administration could be trying to go after this man.
The Obamy’s know they are going to get some attention on the issue and themselves doing this.
Could be a by product of the Obamy stupidity or an attempt at the short term gains he wishes in the voting booths this November (which will never come).
