Are the State Fairgrounds private property? They are not here, that is why I am asking and he may have not met firearms requirements for State property and functions? Not sure.

I appreciate his enthusiasm, but if I did the same thing at the Butler Fair, I would EXPECT to be arrested for not leaving the premises when asked to do so.
