If she resigned then what is she complaining about? Had she been fired, then she could have some kind of legal case against her employer.

In your mind are homosexuals that openly flaunt their perverted lifestyle immune from termination from religious organizations who openly state it is against their doctrinal teachings?

"In a written statement, diocesan spokesperson Mark E. Dupont stated, “Without being specific to this matter, it should be clear that all employees of our Catholic schools are made aware of our policies and regulations, this includes language that clearly states that whenever by public example, an employee engages in or espouses conduct which contravenes the doctrine and teaching of the Catholic Church, that employee may be subject to disciplinary action.”

What termination? The person in question resigned on her own will. As a result, there is no legal quibble with her former employer.

I certainly have nothing against a religious organization enforcing its rules of conduct on its employees. I am just simply pointing out that as a result of this person willingly resigning, as opposed to being fired, she has 0 legal standing against her employer.
