I have been featuring a lot of GOP Senate candidates on the program and the blog, and given the number of House seats that are in play, I could do one a day from now until the election and not cover all the races in which a Republican challenger could take over a Democratic seat on 11/2.
But some have e-mailed and asked for pointers to House races in which their contributions could make a difference to getting the gavel out of Pelosi's hand. Thus this list of 10. A contribution of $25 or $50 or even $100 if you could afford it to each of them spreads your support and helps build a new majority. I'll try as well to get each of them on the program at least once between now and 11/2. One is from Indiana and one from Pennsylvania, two from Ohio, three from Colorado and three from Arizona.
IN-9: Todd Young is an Annapolis graduate, a Marine Corps veteran, the father of six month old twins and a prosecutor. He's young and dynamic and will represent the conservative district that Democrat Baron Hill has repeatedly let down with votes for Pelosi, the "stimulus" and Obamacare. Young will have a long, successful and principled career in Congress if he can raise enough funds between now and 11/1.
We’re missing some of this...
He is a black pastor who is making her run for office for the first time in 18 years.
TN-6 (Bart Gordon retiring) is a probable flip, but let’s not take it for granted.
I’d like to add to your list if I may. I live in PA 14. Our current Rep is Mike Doyle (former member of democratic socialists of America). This guy is a progressive, no doubt about it. He’s a Pelosi insider & he engineered the executive order on abortion in the Obamacare bill. Lots of people blamed Stupak for this, and yes, he was a huge part. But DOYLE actually brokered that deal between the WH, Pelosi, and the so-called pro-life Democrats. I could go on & on about him but you get the point.
He’s run unopposed for 10 years. This year, we have a candidate against him. She’s a constitutional conservative and a TEA partier that hasn’t made “friends” with the GOP establishment, so she’s running a grassroots campaign. Her website is www.melissaforcongress.com. Please check her out & if you like her, send twenty bucks. We are dying in Pittsburgh. Please help.
Holy crap! I forgot to include her name!!!
It’s Melissa Haluszczak!
PA-12 is a black hole of resources and time. We keep getting talked into this fight when it is a solid Dem pick-up every time. Murtha is dead and he was the main impotence of this being a must win. There are far more attractive races that have shown promise in the past as in an R holding the seat in the last 30+ years.

Thanks trying to my part. O’Baron needs to be replaced and Young is just the guy to do it!
I think there is a good chance to win in my district, NC-2 which is currently held by the drunk Bob Etheridge, of assault the reporter fame. I hope the GOP candidate will use that video of him attacking the reporter during the campaign...Etheridge has been in office far too long.
THIS is the kind of information we freepers need...
Charlotte Bergmann http://www.charlottebergmann.com/ black, conservative business woman pro-life, pro-2nd Amendment, smaller government, lower taxes, for the US 9th Memphis over incumbent steve cohen the obama butt kisser. He won’t debate Charlotte, even though he says he votes like a black woman.
Sounds good-—thanks for the realtime report.
