A lot of you are clearly missing the humorous points being made by Adams, whose writing is always a bit “tongue in cheek”. His reference to being convicted while not even being in Canada is a play on words using two meanings of the word “conviction”: conviction as with one’s conscience and conviction as in breaking the law. The reference to Canada is an aside remark since one can be convicted of hate speech in Canada for simply stating opposition to homosexuality.

this article describes dangers of unprotected, polygamous, irresponsible sex, not of homosexuality per se.

That is the lifestyle of most homosexuals. Quiet, monogamous homosexuality is the myth.

There is a book called After the Ball. It is about homosexual propaganda. On page 49 it states to push that “Vast majority” of homosexuals do not engage in compulsive high-risk sex" when they do. On pages 64 to 67 is says: All sexual morality should be abolished.

I think his point is clear. 98 percent of them are not monogamous. He’s arguing that homosexuality is, by it’s nature, promiscuous.

That’s very true, and it’s a strong argument against the risky sexual behaviors promoted in the gay community, but it’s not a sufficient argument against homosexual sex itself. It doesn’t answer the question, “why is it immoral to have sex with a member of one’s own gender?” When heterosexuals fly from partner to partner, engaging in sodomy without protection, they get diseases, too.

That’s what bothers me about people who use disease as their chief argument against homosexuality. Their reasoning seems to suggest homosexuality would be acceptable if not for the diseases. Suppose, for the sake of argument, that the gay community finally got its act together and valued monogamy, commitment and safety, and the disease rate dropped as a result: would moral arguments about homosexuality become irrelevant? Or is there something inherent to homosexuality that makes it wrong, regardless of disease rate?

See #52. Is the behavior of the remaining 2% of homosexuals morally acceptable? They’re still engaging in homosexual acts, but they aren’t spreading diseases while doing so.

It is immoral because it is purely hedonistic. A same sex act is purely for self pleasure. When engaged in by a married couple, sex is for children and to bring the couple closer together. Homosexuality is also a mental disease.

That's called deflection. And it doesn't work. The topic is the homosexual lifestyle and it in NO way compares to heterosexuals.

It is a mental illness. Mental illness is not healthy. Homosexuals lifespans are shortened by their sex practices.

The disease rate will not drop. Why can't you grasp that this is a mental illness. Do you know what a bug catcher is? A homosexual that tries to get Aids or as many diseases as possible. This is sick behavior born out of mental illness.

Interesting article by Mike Adams on homosexuality that includes some statistics and fundamental points on the homosexual lifestyle. This information needs to be out there to counteract the push that has been going on since Prop 8 was beaten to death with a judges purse is on hold.
