A Westlake resident who said she witnessed the LAPD's fatal shooting of a Guatemalan day laborer said Thursday she saw no knife in the man's hands, contradicting the Police Department's account.
"He had nothing in his hands," said Ana, who did not give her last name and asked that her face be obscured on photos and on television because she feared being harassed by the police. "At the moment when the police were shooting, he had nothing." ... Ana, who said she was interviewed by police on the day of the shooting, gave her account Thursday morning in front of a phalanx of television cameras and reporters during a press conference called by community activists. The activists said she contacted them after seeing a flier they passed out in the area.

This is getting even more interesting. The unnamed "activists" are thick with the local NLG folks, and the violent sociopathic Maoists of the RCP are in the vangard, as they say. Standing by for one more night of riots.

They’re going to try to get the LAPD taken over by the Obama Justice Department.
At that point, the importation of Los Zetas will kick into high gear.

The three cops had Hispanic last names....They shot a drunken menacing illegal alien semi-homeless day-laborer Guatemalan. The worms are crawling out and telling lies. The drunk idiot had a knife. Three cops are not about to have their lives turned upside down by shooting a drunk for no reason

So why did the cop shoot him?
Selling tacos without a license?
Jaywalking?
Target practice?

Was this the same witness that was 4 lanes of traffic away from the incident? John and Ken just had that on.

“Riiiiiight’’. Of course right. “He was a good boy’’. Never hurt a fly’’, went to church every Sunday’’. Funny how ‘’Ana’’ or whoever she is won’t give a last name and doesn’t want her face seen.

Any time they have these riots someone needs to videotape them and catalogue the rioters. I suspect they will find the same faces over and over again.

Take your pick. There are plenty of bad actors working this caper, with far more success than I could have thought possible.
