Yes, people can disagree. One of my best friends from childhood is a flaming liberal, so we just agree to disagree and move on.
The Ugly People, though, put words in your mouth to support whatever grudge they may have and that's just low.
When they start slinging crap accusations such as my supporting Alex Jones and believing that the US caused 9/11, they prove they have no real argument against you, so they create one. That's classic Ugly People behavior.
When another one comes out of nowhere to call you a coward and "spineless," that's obviously someone who has always felt inferior and when they finally see a pack mentality going on, they join in order to assuage their feelings of inadequacy against someone who has never done them any harm. What's hilarious is when you give them a bit of their own back in the only way they'll understand, they howl with righteous indignation, believing they were justified in their unprovoked attack on you, but you are not justified in returning fire.
These people demonstrate how low and unrefined they are with those posts. They behave more like liberals. It's good, because now I can see who's been holding grudges without my ever having provoked them and I can write them off as Ugly People.
I don't associate with people like that in real life, (in fact,I'm thankful that I don't really know any), so I'm certainly not inclined to associate with them on here.
I had FReepmails form a lot of people asking me to stay, so I'll stick around for now and just write the Ugly People off. I have no room for them in my life and I hope they all eventually learn better methods of discussion and get over their inferiority complexes.
I followed the exchanges Saturday and then caught this response today. Two terms made me laugh and will stick with me long after the other details of the many exchanges have been forgotten:
