Obama: It’s Republicans’ fault I haven’t changed Washington
Washington Examiner ^ | SEPTEMBER 11, 2010 | DAVID FREDDOSO

Posted on 09/11/2010 4:59:55 PM PDT by RobinMasters

From President Obama’s press conference, a bit of self-righteous straw-man creation followed by blaming others:

Q: How have you changed Washington?

THE PRESIDENT: Well, I’ll tell you how we’ve changed Washington. Prior to us getting here, as I indicated before, you had a set of policies that were skewed toward special interests, skewed towards the most powerful, and ordinary families out there were being left behind. And since we’ve gotten here, whether it’s making sure that folks who can’t get health insurance because of preexisting condition can now get health insurance, or children who didn’t have coverage now have coverage; whether it’s making sure that credit card companies have to actually post in understandable ways what your credit card rates are and they can’t jack up existing balances in arbitrary ways; whether it’s making sure that we’ve got clean water and clean air for future generations; whether it’s making sure that tax cuts go to families that need it as opposed to folks who don’t — on a whole range of issues over the last 18 months, we’ve put in place policies that are going to help grow a middle class and lay the foundation for long-term economic growth.

"whether it’s making sure that tax cuts go to families that need it as opposed to folks who don’t "

ROFL

Seems the folks who don't need tax cuts, don't pay taxes. Technically, bark0 is concentrating on the folks who obey the law. Those that don't obey are ignored by him.I'd be more impressed if instead of discussing tax cuts, he'd be more interested in catching the tax dodgers. Too bad they're his friends.

I never thought I’d see the day when we have a whiny little bitch for a president.

He isn’t a man....

Clinton was the “first Black president”...

0bama is the “first female president”....

He’s been Ohio more than any other state. He mostly goes to speak where a lot of dead people vote though.

His party controls all branches of the government. ????

Forget the fact that they spent months on national health care when the economy was in the tank and unemployment was at 10%.

Let’s see. He is a democrat. He has a democratic House. He has a democratic Senate....and it was a 60 seat senate at one point.

The dems haven’t permitted the other side to participate in any of the substantive debates, and they have ruled their own side with an iron fist.

Right, Obama.

The pubs are at fault. Your democrats voted exactly as you wanted them to, you have the economy YOU want, and you have the foreign policy YOU want.

But, it’s the republicans’ fault AND George Bush, too, of course.

What a numbnutz.

I was listening to Howie Carr, who sometimes says really funny things. When he commented on Obama saying, ‘they talk about me like a dog’, Carr said, ‘he’s just running up and down the street barking now’.

What an image.

I think his “thing” for Ohio is part of his Glenn Beck Fettish. Tons of busses for 8.28 came from Ohio. He is trying to combat that, that being Ohio is awake and has changed their minds on him. I think subconsiously he is trying to stop Glenn.

This undocumented moon-bat would like for us to think nothing as changed when in fact he has done his best bankrupted this nation, made a mockery of enforcing our laws and securing our borders and has advanced and appointed the incompetent on every level.

The dems hold the majority in both houses...and yet its the republicans fault.

Hey...you and I both know this gives him more of a lock on better than 40% of the Americanese voter.

I see him unraveling, too. I've seen this kind of guy before in large corporate atmospheres. They get a big job, because of nepotism or affirmative action or being able to game well....they are narcissistic and actually think they can do this very difficult job. Of course, they can't and the people they hypnotized start coming out of their trance. It's kind of funny to watch when it's just a JOB. This fool unraveling could have some pretty hairy consequences for our country. My guess has always been that either he or the Wookie will say something when they think nobody is listening and it will be their undoing. My bet: It will be Moochelle...and Barry will be tarred so badly by her he will be ruined. We shall see.

I would cry too if I had to sleep with the Wookie. You know Barry must long for those days of bromance in the 90’s while on the prowl at the gay bath houses in Chi-town.

This guy is a fraud on so many levels it makes my mind spin.

Right...that “dog” comment was the oddest thing this little p*ssy has said to date. I heard somebody say it was a line out of a Jimmy Hendrix song. He is a weirdo. Who speaks like this? I’d love to be a fly on the wall when he and that thing he’s married to really start with the “I hate Whitey” stuff after a few bottles of Stoli.
