Once all of the charitable organizations skim the cream off the top, and the UN (and others) get their cut, and all of the local warlords, etc, get paid off.....

Truly, it boggles my mind that people would send $$$ to Africa when we've got problems right here. But that's another soapbox rant, I guess.

Years ago, NOVA showed what happens in Africa.

The women carried contaminated water miles to prepare food. The men did nothing.
The UN came in and drilled a shallow well, and installed a manual pump. The women were happy. The men did nothing.

When the pump broke, the women began to carry water miles again. The men did nothing even though the pump was easy to fix.

seems to me that a few minor adjustments in a mammogram x-ray visit by these africans would allow the cleaning to be done... and not cost extra... just press until it hurts, then clean.... and one wouldn't have to worry about arousal side effects
