If Secretary of State Hillary Clinton warned last week that our rising national debt "poses a national security threat," should President Obama or any in his administration be suggesting any economic plan that increases it in any way?
At last week's Council on Foreign Relations, or CFR, meeting, Secretary of State Clinton was supposed to be espousing "a new American moment" and boosting U.S. global leadership around the world, but she ended up dropping the country further in the tank (the debt tank that is), during an off-script Q&A time after her 45-minute speech.

The GREAT SOCIALIST EXPERIMENT that started with Wilson and continued wirh Roosevelt is OVER and has been a FAILURE!
When I think about all the Soviet-style BS we put up with just to prop up some the vaunted middle class, I get ill. America became a GREAT nation without having a coddled, subsidized class of people who could buy homes, new cars and big-screen TVs while working a 40-hour-per-week schedule. Americans are spoiled.
This politically correct worship of the sacred middle class something we did very well without until after WWII has to end. The gravy train is over!
Time to face reality and stop trying to REDISTRIBUTE WEALTH!

Hillary is Obama in old woman guise,,, nothing more. Now she is trying to appeal to the tidal wave she sees forming. She doesn’t believe anything we do, and is nothing more than an opportunistic infection upon Obamas’s waning regime.
Hillary = Obama

People often forget that, in 1965, the Hildebeast was president of Wellesley College's Young Republicans.
But if you can control your gag reflex and envision Karl Rove in a dress, you'll get the picture.

The middle class is precisely what made us a great country. There is an all out war on it, as the socialists need to destroy it in order to create dependency on cradle to grave government. And if you haven’t noticed, the redistribution of the wealth has been at the EXPENSE of the middle class,,, not for the benefit of it.

You boost US leadership from a position of strength, not weakness. You lead from the front, not from the rear. You lead by making decisions, not hiding behind obscure bureaucratic institutions, legal jargon, or making decisions by committee.
As we decline in economic power, military resolve and commitment abroad, and politically being more introverted and adverse to risk or paying the price of decision making, we become anything but a leader.
This is pure lip service-

HILLARY :”
So I don't think we have a choice. It's a question of how we how we decide to deal with this debt and deficit. I mean, you know, it is we don't need to go back and sort of re-litigate how we got to where we are, but it is fair to say that, you know, we fought two wars without paying for them, and we had tax cuts that were not paid for either. And that has been a very deadly combination to fiscal sanity and responsibility.”
I like how Hillary starts her sentence talking about how ‘we don't want to look back’ then blames the entire debt/deficit on Republicans. (Hillary, who controlled the congress 2007-2010? Were you not a Senator in that majority handing Obama the deficits in 2009 by not paying for YOUR spending? )

The GREAT SOCIALIST EXPERIMENT that started with Wilson and continued wirh Roosevelt is OVER and has been a FAILURE! Even Cuba is laying off a million public sector workers!
Since Obama isn't paying attention, one might conclude his goal isn't socialism but jihad!

Not exactly. In the old days the "middle class" consisted of some small business owners (the successful ones) and some professionals like doctors and lawyers (again, only the successful ones). Since when did we get the idea that anybody who works 40 hours per week gets in? The union-created notion of a "working middle class" has just about destroyed America.

other than Obama, who is simply caught in a world of his own, how could anyone think that raising taxes and redistributing wealth could ever, ever work?

So for now the Hillary the chameleon is the correct color.
