The recent Justin Bieber concert at the Timonium Fairgrounds involved a water balloon fight...and a couple of state troopers.
A state police official says two troopers were hit by water balloons outside a trailer Bieber was using before the concert last Sunday at the Maryland State Fair.

One balloon hit the chest of a trooper, but did not leak according to officials.
The other brushed a gun belt and burst.
No serious injuries were reported.
State police are not anticipating filing any charges but they are still investigating.
A good choice actually as Bieber shows the discipline, respect for authority, and "above the law" attitude of the Obama administration.

I read about this kid yelling insults at assistants and cursing out event employees. He is a little jackass
One of the kids I work with was going on about him, and showed me a picture. I said “That’s not him, that’s a girl.” (And meant it.) Silly me.

While I would agree with that, have you ever watched his eyes? There is nothing there. He is empty.
The troopers need to give him a nice wood shampoo.
Not just because of the water balloons, but that dumbass haircut of his.
Obviously, the reporter had never been involved in a water balloon fight.

they do enjoy themselves with your butt, if you give them reason.
most people do not realize that state law enforcement forces are closer to the military than they are to civil law enforcement. they are literally the governors paramilitary militia.
they are not allowed to have a sense of humor. that was beat out of them in bootcamp.
My dealings with MD troopers have not been enjoyable, but atleast I was never pulled through the window.
NM State Police are pretty heavy duty too, but when you consider that some of them patrol about 1500 square miles with no backup... Usually they’re much calmer and less interested in proving anything.
I was never a Donny Osmond fan or David Cassidy either. On the other hand I did like Marie Osmond quite a bit, she looked like a girl too but the thing is, she is a girl.
