Today, September 14th is Obama Day at schools across the country.
From the White House site: 1:00pm - The President delivers his second annual Back-to-School Speech Julia R. Masterman Laboratory and Demonstration School, Pennsylvania, Philadelphia Pooled TV, Open to Correspondents
Today is also Primary Day in 7 States and DC: DC, Delaware, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Wisconsin and Maryland.
There are rules against Electioneering and Passive Electioneering in all districts across this country. A speech by a Democrat Elected official that will be broadcasted to every public school in the country, where the majority of primary polling places are located, should be deemed electioneering in these 7 states and DC.
I voted this morning and needed to walk past classrooms with open windows, if I walked by at 1pm, during the broadcast speech, it should be deemed electioneering at a voting place.
