“I would also add, for years people have blasted on Conservatives as wackos and extremists...its about time we gave back some of that love. ;)”
I disagree, but I’ll limit myself to this one remark: Your/our side is winning, and with victory should come a significant element of “good sportsmanship.”
O’Donnell gains nothing by getting into a p*ssing match with Rove. And more generally, the conservatives on this site and in the halls of power have nothing to gain by duking it out with the other end of this party. Y’all have won and should now take on the aura of winners. Attention must now turn to defeating the democrats. The roles have all been cast. The actors and actresses have all been chosen, so let’s put all of the fights over casting aside. The play must go on. The Dems must be thrashed.
Having spoken his piece, I predict that knucklehead Rove will now shut up, because he has nothing to gain either from having this continue to play out.
As the winner, O’Donnell should take the high ground and leave Rove to make an arse out of himself if he chooses. I predict that he falls in line and that the general election will end up quite close.

Considering Rove was slamming O’Donnell DURING the election yesterday, still desperately trying to influence it for Castle’s favor, I’d say a bit of a response was OK.
I agree, we need to move on, as long as Mr. Rove is willing to do so. If not, I’ll come to Christine’s defense myself - his “genius” of 2000 and 2004 notwithstanding...:)

I sure hope you’re right about this...I know we’ll be listening/watching...;)
