Sure, it makes perfect sense. We have 3-3,000 people in agreement, we have one who refuses to join in on the team. Boot the rebel out and the team moves forward.
No ONE is more important than the team. Remember the old coach’s saying “There is no ME in TEAM”.
Maybe it’s just me but I really don’t look at a group of cheerleaders as a team!!!
