FLORIDA (KGO) -- A father boarded his 11-year old daughter's school bus in central Florida to confront her alleged bullies.

She has cerebral palsy, and James Jones says some kids on the bus had been taunting her, hitting her and had even thrown condoms at her. He brought her on board and asked her to point them out.

"Everybody sit down. Everybody sit down," Jones said on the surveillance tape. He then orders his 11-year-old daughter to point out her alleged tormenters. "Show me which one. Show me which one," he said.

"I'm gonna (expletive) you up -- this is my daughter, and I will kill the (expletive) who fought her," Jones said.

The father called the school the did nothing.

The kids were putting condoms on the head of his daughter who has cerebral palsy.

At what point can people finally stand up?

This guy should not spend a single day in jail.

His mistake was in announcing his intentions.

It would have been far better to just drop from the sky on them, deliver his load of whoop ass, tell them who he was and that next time it would be even worse, and then disappear.

Good for him. It’s time we fought back.

I agree. Schools seem incapable of dealing with bullies. I support any parent who steps in and puts a stop to it.

Sorry, I have to go against what the father did. There had to be other options.

Hmmm... I wholeheartedly agree, but the fact remains that some bloodlusting lawyer is going to jump on this in a New York minute.

This further buttresses my intent to homeschool.

The country is becoming increasingly lawless. End result, people feel the need to take the law into their own hands.

America -- a great idea, didn't last.

The fact that state-sponsored schools cannot deal with this problem effectively is the reason that I will do everything within my power to see that my children never go to them.

Had she been a non CP gay kid, all hell would have broken loose.

I’ll fly there and take care of it for him.

Where the hell are those kids parents? Nevermind, the state raises them I guess.

He shouldn’t suffer any penalty at all. This is what people are supposed to do.

He probably won’t do jail time, but he probably will have to plead out to a misdemeanor. The sad thing is, if you put some jerk “in fear of his life” you have committed assault in most states. It will be a little worse because it was an adult confronting “children”.

My dad wouldn’t have done this. He’d have gone to their houses and confronted their fathers. Or whatever they called father.

This guy’s going to get in trouble for threatening children. But, that said, I hope he made them crap their pants.

Surprised he was allowed on the bus? If he had spoken with the principal and bus driver and parents...and still didn’t get anywhere, then this type of action may certainly have been justified.

There had to be other options.

There was. Take his daughter off the bus and let the bullies rule.

The older I get the more I’ve learned that everything worth knowing in life has come from two places, the Bible and Cowboys.

Charley: “Well you may not know this, but there’s things that gnaw on a man worse than dying.” From the movie ‘Open Range’

“I wont be wronged..I won’t be insulted, and I won’t be laid a hand on. I don’t do these things to other people, and I require the same from them.”
John Bernard Brooks (speaking)
From the Movie
The Shootist

1. Live each day with courage.
2. Take pride in your work.
3. Always finish what you start.
4. Do what has to be done,
5. Be tough but fair.
6. When you make a promise keep it.
7. Ride for the brand.
8. Talk less say more.
9. Remember somethings aren’t for sale.
10. Know where to draw the line.
From the book ‘Cowboy Ethics’ by James P. Owen

I didn't even know what a condom was when I was 11. Isn't public education wonderful! The kids know so much more than us geezers did.
