What if non-Moslims don't want their food prayed over by mullahs to the god of Islam?

BTW, Obama in 2001 as a state senator co-sponsored the Halal Food act, at the behest of Moslims, so the State of Illinois would enforce halal regulations. The people of Illinois aren't (as far as I know) being force to eat halal, but they being forced to pay to make sure halal food is properly prayed over.
