Black Tea Party singer/speaker, Lloyd Marcus reporting in from performing at the Wake Up America Tea Party in Ft Worth,Texas at the convention center. Ann Coulter rocked the house with an awesome speech after my presentation.
Folks our tea party movement is alive and well in Texas. In typical Lone Star style, Texans are bold and fired up about making positive change in our country starting in November. Texans are about family, God, country and freedom. I love it! Several thousands attend the great event.
After the tea party, reception and etc, I was chillin' in my hotel room. Channel surfing, I landed on C-span featuring a conference on civil rights by the Congressional Black Caucus.
Lord help us! I tuned in during the panel discussion and Q & A. The panelists were black intellectuals. Understanding each speaker's point through their intellectual mumbo jumbo was quite challenging. But, I got it.
In a nutshell, these brainy blacks were saying the tea party movement is a bunch of extremists who wish to reverse civil rights. Folks, I assure you, their rhetoric is totally absurd. The panelists were encouraging blacks to get to the polls in November to counter the attack of the white tea party people.
I was stunned how the Congressional Black Caucus defended every item on Obama's agenda as a matter of civil rights. For example, they say everyone against Obamacare is really against civil rights, thus branding the opposition evil racists. Never mind that Obamacare is really about the government confiscating our freedom, controlling our lives and forcing socialism down our throats. If you oppose Obamacare and any other item on Obama's agenda, the Congressional Black Caucus considers you anti-civil rights and a stinking racist.
Such far left, divisive, racist thinking is so wrong, not just for black youths, but for America. The Congressional Black Caucus is just another far left liberal black group claiming to be about black empowerment who are really activists for socialism. They only support blacks who view themselves as victims of American discrimination. Successful blacks who love their country are on the Congressional Black Caucus' El Crap-O list. We conservative blacks must continue spreading the good news to black America about America; the greatest land of opportunity on the planet for all who choose to go for it!
While is downtown Ft Worth, Texas, my wife Mary and I stumbled upon a huge antique car show; a fund raiser for prostate cancer. There were at least 500 hundred antique cars. Very cool.

How big is the Capitol Hill jail area?
Take the Brietbart approach. Expose THEIR acts of racism. Hold them to the very standards to which they expect everyone else to adhere.
And yes I know that is the Alinksy approach, but hey, it works.
WHOA! Is that a Chevelle Mr. Marcus is pimping? SWEET ride!
They are racist...and 99% voters for liberal agenda
and you can be sure that they don’t care about anyone
else ,,, with Obama, they have their man, but they are
like him...they both overplay their hand...with the
elections coming up...watch their pseudocharges against
any and all republicans. JK
When I saw the picture I was hoping that bad, blown Chevy was yours !
Thanks for the inspiration !
Until we can get to where we vote for someone because they are the BEST candidate, instead of because they are Republican/Democrat, or because they are black, or because they are female, we are all just slaves to the power struggle of those who want to RULE over us.
Start a Congressional Multi-Color Caucus THAT allows any color to join...
I ignore them. Their dialog is negative civil rights never positive. They are in congress, make lots of money, give perks to family members and attempt to divide whites and blacks.
Vote in true conservatives who are black, have them join the caucus and then slowly dismantle it while proclaiming it racist and archaic.
I’m not against black leaders taking an interest in black youth etc. I think the only people those inner city kids are going to listen to is an authoritative black man, but race has no place in congress.
Duh!!!
Yet when Glenn Beck said on his show that Obama-care was racial reparations these same liberals freaked out calling it sowing racial division : “He is trying to scare white people”. They have learned from failures in the 60s that they must appeal to a certain percentage of white voters. They do that by convincing a percentage of them , unemployed white males, white women, that they are victims of those wealthy Wall street CEOs too, that Democrats are defending them (us) with Obama care, getting the money that the wealth stole from us too. But when Glenn Beck tells us the truth, that the NAACP and BCC believe Obama-care is racial social justice(reparations) , that it is civil rights phase two, he threatens their plans politically.
Actually it is 'justice'. They passed a disaster that will make things worse for their voters as the failed stimulus did. Will they learn from it? Doubtful!
Thanks Lloyd...you’re doing the Lord’s work. The racist epithat has been severely overused in the last year and it’s beginning to loose it’s charm. People are waking up to this kind of nonsense and are simply determined to make our voices heard and calls of racism be damned. We know who we are and what we are. We’re patriotic Americans of every stripe and we cherish our liberty and will not surrender it without a fight!
The cbc calling anyone racist is the height of hipocracy, The cbc, black panthers and the naacp are the new KKK.
We're learning how liberals cheat the game... nice insights, sickoflibs.

Lloyd, I caught your TV appearance that day-—you were great.
I thought it was a Monte Carlo.
Do a google (yahooo - whatever) picture search. I’m thinking ‘70 or ‘71 Monte Carlo.
But it is still SWEET.
The grill is a custom job... Hell, the whole car is a custom job, but I couldn’t tell mfg based on any distinct marking. I think you and I and most of the people I’ve asked agree that it’s a GM product. Looks like it might be a small block Chevy under there unless he bought him one of those 500 HP crate engines.
I looked up the 71, and the headlights are identical. Marcus' car has round cowling around the headlights.
Oh, and don't bother using Bing to look up Lloyd Marcus; you wind up with some homosexual hot rod enthusiast with pictures of himself in his underwear all over some forum page. I'm ok with just guessing unless someone knows exactly what model rod that is.
