Announcement of Final Tea Party Express Tour of 2010 on Monday

The Tea Party Express (website: www.TeaPartyExpress.org) will make a major announcement on Monday, September 27th, outlining plans for the final Tea Party Express tour of 2010:  Tea Party Express IV: Liberty At the Ballot Box.

The Tea Party Express launched its first tour August 25, 2009 that ended in the massive "March on D.C." that drew over 1 million participants.

Tea Party Express II: Countdown to Judgment Day was launched October 25, 2009.

The largest Tea Party Express tour, Tea Party Express III: Just Vote Them Out tour launched March 27, 2010 with the historic "Showdown in Searchlight" that drew tens of thousands of tea party activists to Sen. Harry Reid's tiny hometown of Searchlight, NV (population: 700).  The "Showdown in Searchlight"  featured a string of tea party leaders and conservative activists including Gov. Sarah Palin.  Palin also headlined one of the final events of the tour, the Boston Tea Party which took place on April 15, 2010.

The Tea Party Express III tour also crossed through the district of Congressman Bart Stupak (D-Michigan) with 6 tea party rallies in his district and the launch of a $250,000 "Defeat Bart Stupak" campaign which led to Congressman Stupak announcing his retirement from Congress.

I found this at CNN. They know more about the next tour than I do! And it's from last Wednesday:

A source with knowledge of the upcoming tour tells CNN that the bus trip will last approximately two weeks and will culminate on November 2, which is Election Day. The source says that the tour will end in Nevada, homestate to Sen. Majority Leader Harry Reid, who faces a challenging re-election this year. Tea Party Express has targeted Reid in its previous tours.

Well if that is true, it most certainly will come to Nevada, but I don't know the date unless the next sentence is true.

This "source" also says that the tour will end on Nov. 2, election day.
