Bono talks about our campaign to ensure no child is born with HIV by 2015, before singing “Moment of Surrender” on stage in Paris on September 18.

Well here is the aanswer: All of this started by the U.N, and the G8. Ofcourse there are always scammers that take advantage of good intentions. ■A United Nations General Assembly Special Session on AIDS in June 2001 concluded with a commitment to create such a fund... ■...which the G8 endorsed and helped finance at their meeting in Genoa in July 2001.
