Top Cop Calls Women For Appointments, Meets Them In Hotel Rooms For Sex Busts
GREEN TREE, Pa. -- Recent actions by the Green Tree police chief during undercover prostitution stings are coming under scrutiny.
Chief Andrew Lisiecki said in court papers that he got naked with a suspected prostitute in an effort to make an arrest earlier this month.
According to the criminal complaint, Lisiecki was working a prostitution detail and responded to an online ad by a woman calling herself "Island Hottie."

According to the criminal complaint, the two met at a Green Tree hotel, where Lisiecki put money on the table and 32-year-old Akudo Esther Duru started to perform a sex act and was placed under arrest.
Channel 4 Action News' Shannon Perrine reviewed the arrest papers from nine prostitution suspects -- including the most recent one -- and found eight instances where the Green Tree chief said that he had either been naked with the suspect, touched by the suspect, or touched the suspect in a sexual way.
The arrest papers detail how Lisiecki, a former Pittsburgh police officer, would find the women online and call for appointments at local hotels -- and then the chief details in his own words how he would engage in sex acts with the women after placing police money on the table.
Liesecki's tactics were described as "highly unusual" by David Harris, a professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law who specializes in police conduct.

"The law does not require -- and police procedure does not require -- that anybody take their clothes off or that anybody get any distance into something approaching a sex act," Harris said.
Beyond being surprising, the chief's actions were unnecessary, according to Harris, who said all police need is an exchange of money and an indication that there will be sex.
"You just don't see prostitution investigations going this far," Harris said. "When a police officer goes as far as this -- disrobes, becomes involved in some sexual touching -- it opens them up to cross-examination as to what was really going on, what is this really about, whether they're really even telling the truth."
While Liesecki's actions were not illegal, it shows a pattern that calls for a closer look, Harris said.
Green Tree Mayor C.F. Hammer said he's undecided as to whether he will pursue an investigation by the Allegheny County District Attorney's Office.
"AIIIIIEEEE! NOW you tell me!!!"
Algore was on a sex sting?
Who knew. Or cared.
I heard he took off his clothes and the hooker told him to BEAT IT!
if the woman has seen him naked the jury is gonna spring her (cruel and unusual punishment...)
Perps & Perks
Al Gore defenders alleged that the massage therapists he hired for late night treatments were “really” prostitutes. As if that clears Al Gore of any wrongdoing.
Our local deps were investigating a ring. A ranking officer got wind of the investigation and jumped right in and took over. It was all recorded on audio. He got the h*** *** and all. Talked about the local politians in town. He went back, I think, 7 times. They finally arrested the women. It was assumed by the locals that the ranking officer had been there before, and didn’t know whether he was taped, so he continued to talk about the things from the last visit. He was so crooked he could sleep in a trombone. I think it made Paul Harvey news.
My eyes!! I am permanently blinded by the mere thought.
Mayor Hammer will confiscate the chief's gun!
You have the DUTY to remain silent...
Sounds like he got the idea from a recent episode of South Park, where the top Vice cop dressed in drag as part of a sting, but refused to give the “code word” for arrest until after he had consummated the transactions.
well lets be real here...he DOES look the part of a fat, ugly, middle aged sloth that would frequent such women.....
I saw his picture and a closer look is out of the question.
Allowing the prostitute to begin fellatio was a standard tactic of a local police department 25 years ago;I don’t like so-called “police stings”,it is just condoning criminal behavior by the cops.
