Actually, if Buffalo was smart...they’d hire three salesman (who are unemployed right now), and send them out for six months in California to talk up moving to Buffalo. If they just convince one company to move....they’ve made their cost, but I bet they can talk five to ten companies into moving.
I dont think life long Californians could survive in Buffalo even one winter
And the California liberals will feel right at home in NY.
